Blink 182 - 2023 Tour

Multi-platinum, award-winning group blink-182 has announced their biggest tour ever, a colossal global outing with Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker reuniting for the first time in nearly 10 years. The band dropped their newest single “Edging'' on Friday, October 14, marking the first time in a decade that Mark, Tom and Travis have been in the studio together.

TRAVEL ADVISORY The Culture and Entertainment District is currently completing the 17th Avenue Extension. During this time vehicle and pedestrian access to the ‘Dome will be restricted and parking may be limited. Parking in Stampede Park is limited due to Calgary Stampede set up and Game Con (June 25 th only).  We recommend parking in 11 th Ave Lot for $8 , with an approx. 5-minute walk to the Scotiabank Saddledome.  Lots 10, 11, 18, and 20 are available ($15), on a first come first served basis.  If you have a CSEC parking pass, please follow directions to these car lots, clearly displaying your pass. Transit is operating, please use Victoria Park/Stampede Station with an approx. 5-minute walk to the Scotiabank Saddledome. Walking – The majority of sidewalks are open in and around the Scotiabank Saddledome; please be mindful of vehicle traffic, follow pedestrian wayfinding and keep to the allocated sidewalks wherever possible. About Blink 182

Blink 182 hit the Southern California Pink Scene in the early 1990s and quickly rose to fame due to their high-energy and incredible live performances alongside their lyrical humor.

Their defining moment which cemented them as legends of the 90s/00s was 1999s Enema of the State album which featured hit singes 'What's my Age Again' and 'All the Small Things'.

In 2016, after reforming, losing bands members and welcoming new ones - Blink 182 released the album California which, upon release, went on to become the bands second number one album in 15 years. The album featured singles 'Bored to Death' and 'Good Old Days' - but is mostly celebrated by Blink due to earning the band their first nomination for Best Rock Album at the Grammy Awards.

Blink 182 is going on a reunion tour & they're coming to Canada

After a long time apart, Blink 182 is back and they have just announced a global reunion tour that will be stopping in Canada next year.

And when we say the band is back, we mean the full line up. Travis Barker, Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge (yes with Tom) announced the tour together on Tuesday, ahead of their new single “Edging” which comes out on the 14th.

“We’re coming. Tour’s coming. Album’s coming. Tom’s coming,” tweeted the band, who formed back in 1992.

Their 2023/2024 tour starts in March in Mexico, before making its way to the USA in May. Blink 182’s first Canadian stop will be in Toronto on May 11. The punk rock band will then hit Montreal on May 12, and head out west in June. They will be playing in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary on June 27, 29, and 30.

Presale for the Blink 182 tickets will begin on Wednesday, October 12, and general public tickets will begin on Monday, October 17 at 10 am local time. Ticket prices have yet to be released at this time.

WAIT FOR IT !!!........... LIL WAYNE cancelled just hours before the show (rolling my eyes) so needless to say happy we showed up at 9pm because instead of lil wayne the fans were entertained by music mashups of rock and rap (crappy mix ups by the way) and music by the backstreet boys or n sync not sure which boy band it was but i was super annoyed when i heard the near sold out crowd singing along of "i want it that way" really crappy song but all these idiots were singing along like it was 6th grade but on to the positive blink 182 put on a great set for a whole 60 minutes yep 1 hour started at 9:30 was done by 10:30 great set pyro,smoke,cool video stage set up NO TOM DELONGE some new guy not his fault he played great but it wasnt teb same he didnt really sound like TOM so it was like blink 182 karaoke for some of the songs and the short set time I mean shit lil wayne doesnt show these guys could have saved the day and played longer but in typical rock star fashion they charged full price for tickets delivered half of a show and a short set disapointed much ? YEAH I WAS hate to say it but I mean it wasnt a 20 dollar ticket here tickets were not cheap but the amount of entertainment vs the amount paid for the ticket was not EQUAL felt pretty ripped off as a whole save your money this go round NOT WORTH THE CASH plus we drove 4 hours to go to this show so a few hundred dollars later we got and hour of a headliner entertainment hell KISS are 70 years old and played for 2 and a half hours the tickets were pricey but hell they were showmen and lots of fire,pyro,smoke,fireworks,ect stunts elevating risers ect so you tell me if its worth it to go see 40 year old entitled punks vs 70 year old vets who are doing a cash grab no doubt but are still delivering an experirience

Show exceeded expectations and was THRILLED we didn't have to listen to Lil Wayne - bonus. Thanks to St. Louis for helping to move him on his way to the next venue. Loved hearing Enema of the State in its entirety. Wish they had included Always but the other added songs were great as well. I thought Matt sounded great and thoroughly enjoyed a couple of the songs from California and NINE. Sad no encore but had a total blast singing along and dancing. Super charged stage show and Travis' drum solo was amazing but never long enough for me! (I'm sure plenty long for him - what a work out!) Neck Deep also put on a great performance. They are a GREAT opening act for Bink. Thanks for the show - and long lasting memories.

Blink 182 has been my favorite band as a kid back in ‘96 when I first heard of them and will always be. I finally got to see them live for the first tine ever in 2016, 20 years later because they came close to my hometown in Greenville, SC. Then about 3 months later to my actual hometown in Charleston, SC. I was close to the middle up front and had the time of my life. I thank the whole band for making one person’s dream come true just to see you live. I’ve always wanted to meet Mark and Travis!! I was so like it’s cool when Mark tried to throw me a pick but it landed short and he apologized and he Ent on with the show. But my heart filled up with joy when, in my opinion, the greatest drummer in the whole universe, Travis Barker!!!!, acknowledged me when I gave him a thumbs up. Wish I could meet and talk to then!! A dream for a lifetime. Blink 182 you will always be number 1 to me and hold a special place in my heart as you do to millions of fans!! Love you all and can’t wait for the bext album!! Including Mark’s new band aka The Side Piece. Mark if you ever read this’ please don’t take offense to the comment. Blink 4 Life!! Peace...

California rock band Blink 182 is only making three stops in Canada on its worldwide tour, including Calgary on June 30.

The punk/alternative rock band consisting of bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus, guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge, and drummer Travis Barker kicks off a world tour in California in mid-June before making its way across the States, through Europe, Australia and South America next year.

In Calgary, the group will be supported by punk rock trio Destroy Boys, known for their female empowerment songs like the recently released Beg for Torture .

Destroy Boys was started in 2015 by Sacramento high schoolers Alexia Roditis and Violet Mayugba. In 2020, they signed with Hopeless Records, worked with producer Will Yip and released their LP Open Mouth, Open Heart chronicling pandemic frustration and the rise of online gossip and bullying.

Also in concert news, Daniel Caesar, a.k.a. Ashton Dumar Norwill Simmonds, is also coming to Calgary.

He kicks off his world Superpowers tour in Seoul, South Korea, in July and is in Calgary on Oct. 3. Tickets for the Saddledome show are now on sale at Ticketmaster.

The Toronto-based Caesar is best known for his collaboration with Justin Bieber and Giveon on the hit song Peaches.

Blink-182 Announce Final 2024 North American Tour Leg for ‘One More Time’

Blink-182 are going to do it "one more time," taking their reunion tour with Tom DeLonge around North American for one final spin this summer.

The group has announced a new run of dates that will feature support from Pierce The Veil, jxdn, Live Without, Drain, Hot Milk, Landon Barker, EKKSTACY and Astronoid on select stops.

The 30-date trek gets underway June 20 at Orlando's Kia Center wrapping around the U.S. and Canada until an Aug. 15 finale in Toronto. All dates, cities and venues are listed at the bottom of this post.
