Band-Maid Announces Their Tenth Anniversary Tour

Tickets On Sale Starting Friday, February 17 at 10AM Local on  Ticketmaster.com 

To celebrate their tenth anniversary, Japanese rock band  Band-Maid  will be embarking on their 2023  10th Anniversary Tour  this Spring.   Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicks off on Sunday, May 14th at Bayou Music Center in Houston, TX making stops across the U.S. in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, and more before wrapping up in Detroit, MI at St Andrews Hall on Wednesday, May 24th. 

TICKETS:  General on sale for tickets starts on Friday, February 17th at 10 AM local time on  Ticketmaster.com .  Fans can also purchase VIP Packages, which may include GA tickets with priority access to the floor, exclusive VIP gift item, early entry to the venue & more. Excellent show with all members performing well. The venue was good with a great crowd of happy fans some new and some old,

Basically if you like Band maid you want be disappointed because they deliver the goods.

My favourite is always the lead guitarist, I have so much respect for her for her obvious talent and enthusiasm while playing.

I’m a big Rock fan but love a twist on the genre which Band maid produces white unique sound.

You can’t compare them but their own style rocks leaving you in an up temple mood.

If you don’t mind not understanding the lyrics but you can get them translated online which gives insight to the song. The lead singer is excellent performer and pulls the band together. Her voice is not main stream style rock but don’t judge her because it will grow on you. The Japanese culture so different from Europe so listen to the band from a Japanese perspective as a rock fan and you will love it

I followed this tour across the US and Miku, Akane, Kanami, Misa and Saiki were better each show. They were loose, confident, and really connected well with the adoring crowds. The musicianship and vocals: spot on, as usual. They did roughly 20 songs a nite - a solid, 2-hour set. Totally satisfying sets. A real fan-band love fest and kick-ass performances by the Maids.

With the exception of the House of Blues-Dallas, the venues were fine to excellent-decent to great view of stage, sound OK, front lighting not so good-hard to see musicians when they stepped up front for a solo.

Again, with exception of House of Blues-Dallas, staff were friendly, helpful, pretty nice.

The concert hall itself was an OK site, it would have been better if it would have been a single room with the same width as the stage.

Non the less, the concert itself was just burning with energy.

It was just that great, the band really enjoying their music and seeing their fans and the fans really enjoying the music and seeing one of their favorite bands.

After the concert I can say that I am a bigger fan than before, u got to experience them live to really feel their power.

Wish it would have gone longer to be honest, here's hoping they will come to germany again next year =)

I've seen Band-Maid nine times at various locations in Japan, some big shows and some smaller. Each one was an amazing experience. I was even lucky enough to meet the girls themselves at Shibuya Tower Records while they were promoting the Conqueror album. Don't be fooled by the cute image. These girls are accomplished musicians and they rock hard!

Great ambiance, great music, truly band maid is one of the best rock band you could find out there.

Merch is nice, people are nice, and Band Maid members are really taking a lot of fun performing, you can see the passion right through their faces.

Band-Maid are an impossibly hard rocking, 5 piece, all-female rock band formed in 2013. 

Don't let their aesthetics fool you, these five “maids" are highly skilled musicians and songwriters, and their hard hitting sound, shredding guitars, 

pounding drums and catchy hooks have been praised by fans and media around the world.

A burgeoning fan base both domestic and international has seen Band-Maid sell out multiple dates in the US, UK and Europe, and scores of YouTube reaction videos from fans around the world blown away by the group’s level of virtuosity and musical chops. The total number of views on Youtube is over 200 million, and the total number of views on reaction videos is over 40 million.

2020 saw the release of full album “Unseen World, and 2021 will see the group make their Hollywood debut in Netflix film “Kate”.

In 2022, the band will perform at the world-famous music festival "AFTERSHOCK" and tour the United States with an attendance of over 20,000 people.

In 2023, the band held their 10th-anniversary tour across the globe, performing at four major international festivals, including one of the world's largest festivals, Lollapalooza.

They concluded their anniversary celebrations with a successful solo performance at Yokohama Arena as the tour's final event.

In 2024, they embark on a "new chapter," releasing their full album in three and a half years, "Epic Narratives," on September 25.

The full album features 14 tracks, including "Shambles" (ending theme for the anime "Kengan Ashura" Season 2),

"Bestie" (a co-written song with Michael Aaron Einziger from Incubus, known for composing Avicii's "Wake Me Up"),

and "Protect You" (ending theme for the TV anime "Grendizer U").

It also includes the collaboration track "SHOW THEM" with the globally popular Mexican three-piece girl band "The Warning".

With the highly anticipated full album, the band continues their stride towards their goal of "WORLD DOMINATION".

About band‐maid.

Band-Maid (stylized as BAND-MAID® until March 2016) is a Japanese rock band formed in 2013. The band combines a rock sound with a maid image modeled on Japanese maid cafés. Originally signed to Gump Records (an imprint of the Platinum Passport artist management and talent agency), they switched to major label Nippon Crown's sub-label Crown Stones in 2016 and later moved to new sub-label Revolver Records in 2019. The band's albums have been released internationally through JPU Records since 2016. In late 2020, the band left Revolver Records and signed with Pony Canyon.

TOTO ANNOUNCE “AFRICA” HAS BEEN CERTIFIED DIAMOND BY THE R.I.A.A. FOR SALES OF 10 MILLION COPIES, Cumulative Album Sales Now Exceed 50 Million Copies Globally

Today, TOTO aka The Dogz of Oz present the band’s planned itinerary for February, 2025. TOTO will stage four appearances in the United Kingdom, alongside performing in an additional ten counties across Europe. Tickets for the majority of the appearances will be available via a general on-sale this Friday here: https://totoofficial.com/events/. The band’s performance on 8 February, 2025 at Amsterdam’s Arnhem – Gelredome will have a general on-sale on 20 September.

Joining Steve Lukather (guitar/vocals) and Joseph Williams (vocals) are Greg Phillinganes (keyboards / vocals), Shannon Forrest (drums), John Pierce (bass), Warren Ham (horns / percussion / vocals), and Dennis Atlas (keyboards / vocals).

Toto could not be more proud to share the milestone accomplishment that “Africa” has been certified DIAMOND for sales of TEN MILLION copies by the RIAA in The United States. Current cumulative sales for the song now exceed 10.5M. Additionally, “Hold The Line” has been certified triple platinum for sales of three million copies. Current sales exceed 3.5M. Lastly, “Rosanna” has been certified double platinum with sales of two million copies. Cumulative album sales now exceed 50 MILLION.

In the world of streaming, the band’s repertoire is played more than THREE MILLION times daily on Spotify alone by an audience that continues to get younger month to month. Over the course of July, 52% of all streams were from those 34 years or younger. There is a level of discovery on a global basis that continues to significantly grow year after year. Cumulative streaming at Spotify now exceeds 4 BILLION PLAYS, with cumulative plays across all platforms approaching 6 BILLION PLAYS.

The band has unequivocally had a major renaissance in popularity like few artists at this point in their career. The Dogz of Oz continue to broaden their geographical activity, with plans this November to return to Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Puerto Rico and a very special appearance in Mexico City as one of the headliners of Corona Capital. That plan will continue well in to the future with on-going activity across the globe.

Individually and collectively, the band’s family tree can be heard on an astonishing 5000 albums that together amass a sales history of a half a billion albums.  Amongst these recordings, NARAS applauded the performances with hundreds of Grammy nominations.  They are pop culture, and are one of the few 70’s bands that have endured the changing trends and styles while continuing to remain relevant.

Special guest Christopher Cross and the members of Toto have been friends and collaborators for more than four decades. On September 1, they appeared with one another in front of a capacity crowd at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl.

Imagine Dragons announce UK and European stadium shows as part of their 2025 Loom tour

Imagine Dragons line up summer stadiums and arenas tour in Europe

Imagine Dragons have shared their plans to tour Europe in summer 2025.

The Las Vegas band will be touring their current album Loom , described by Classic Rock magazine as "syncopated lightweight pop, as if selected by algorithms for mass consumption". The tour will launch at the Stadion Letzigrund in Zurich on May 31, and carry on through to July 26, when Dan Reynolds' band will drop the curtain on their summer in Europe with a show at Tottenham's stadium in north London. Tickets go on sale on September 13, with a presale available to Mastercard holders from September 11. Fans can also sign up to a Universal Records mailing list for an 'artist pre-sale' on September 10.

Earlier this year, System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian criticised Imagine Dragons for ignoring his concerns about the band performing in Baku, Azerbaijan, which the singer said would be seen as an endorsement of the country's authoritarian President Ilham Aliyev. Tankian stated: “I don't respect them as human beings. Fuck their art, they're not good human beings, as far as I'm concerned. If you are that blind to justice that you will go play a show in a country that's starving another country, illegally, according to the International Court of Justice, according to what Amnesty International is saying, what Human Rights Watch is saying… If you  still  go and play that country, I don't know what to say about you as a fucking human being... I have zero respect for those guys.” Defending his band's decision, Dan Reynolds told Rolling Stone , “There’s corrupt leaders and warmongers all over the world, and where do you draw the line?” Quoting Reynolds’ rhetorical question in a subsequent Instagram post, Tankian responded, “Respectfully, I draw the line at ethnic cleansing and genocide.”
