It took Titan Travel a week after accepting my booking and deposit to inform me that they can't find me a hotel room (a standard double room) for my touring holiday in Sicily. Meanwhile they are still offering the tour for the same dates on their website (also on the Saga website).

beautiful Lake Orta, Italy.

Just returned from a trip to Lake Orta with Titan. Very good holiday, clean hotel, good food and the lake view was excellent. Our Tour guide Paul was lovely really helpful and a very nice man who went out of his way to make sure we all enjoyed our holiday. Coach driver superb, felt completely safe even on the mountain roads whilst visiting Zermatt to see the Matterhorn. Well done yet again Titan, just hope the standards do not slip.

Travels in Turkey

Our guide, Serhat was fantastic, knowledgeable, organised and with great care for the less mobile people in our group. The tour itself took in what were for me, the most memorable sites in Turkey and was one of the best holidays I had been on. The hotels were great, clean and great food. However, Titan’s arrangements for our transport to Gatwick airport were a long way short of satisfactory. Living in the north of England, Manchester would have been a better choice of airport. As it was, we were picked up at 3.00 am to be driven to London, there was no choice of going down the night before, consequently we began the holiday very tired.

The Golden Triangle (solo)

It was a disappointing start as Virgin cancelled our outward flight which was rearranged for the following morning.The transport to the airport meant a 02.30 start from Cornwall for the flight later that morning. However, once we arrived we were introduced to Alison (Ali) the tour manager and Bhu the local guide who worked so well together. It was a great but hectic trip, the Taj Mahal was magnificent and seeing the Bengal tigers was the icing on the cake. Both Ali and Bhu ensured the group didn’t miss out on any of the sights. Special mention for Bhu who kept us amused with his magic, jokes and happily took photos for me and of anyone who wanted a photo in front of a site. The only thing I would change is more down time to enjoy the lovely hotels we stayed in but the trip would need to be extended by a few more days.

An excellent tour of Sabah, with both wildlife and cultural highlights.

The itinerary was exactly what we wanted with a busy schedule making the most of our time in Borneo. The two guides Alvan and Yus, were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The wildlife was obviously a highlight- the thrill of seeing orangutans in the wild and lots more. We received a warm welcome in all the hotels and lodges. The group size of 10 was a bonus and we all got on really well. Plenty of brilliant memories.

Our Great Indian Rail Journey holiday…

Our Great Indian Rail Journey holiday with Titan was an amazing experience. It was not for the faint hearted and my husband and I would not have coped had it not been for the support given to us by the excellent Tour Guide Sanjeeve Kumar. Our mobility was not strong enough to cope with the amount of walking and climbing steps that was necessary and in very high temperatures. However a wheelchair and someone to push made it possible for my husband to participate in the majority of the experiences. An added cost but totally necessary. The hotels used were lovely and the transport was expertly driven through the manic city traffic which at first sight was frightening so thanks also go to our driver and his assistant for their care and attention. This was a holiday that touched all our senses. The sights sounds taste and smells will stay with us forever. We learnt so much about the Indian Culture from a very knowledgeable guide who also turned a group of 14 strangers into a family. Thank you Sanjeeve and all our fellow travellers. I highly recommend this holiday but bear in mind you should do it while you have your health and strength to ensure the maximum experience.

Southern Sights and Sounds tour

Southern Sights and Sounds tour - May 2024. The holiday was fabulous and made extra special by a wonderful tour guide, Yvonne Sartain and excellent driver, Chris. Both went above and beyond to ensure the whole group had a memorable time. Professional and organised, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The scheduled trips and the optional trips were well choosen with well managed stops on some.of the longer journeys between city's. The music was fantastic and there were some nice hotels. The Grand Ole Oprey and visit to Graceland was brilliant.would throughly recommend the Titan Tour but make sure you get Yvonne and Chris! Well done Titan!

Wild Borneo experience

We have just returned from our trip to wild Borneo and must say we are very impressed with the whole experience from the well organised VIP door to door service to our two Titan guides in Borneo Vanz and Yuse whom we couldn’t praise enough. Everything worked perfectly from our hotel stays to our jungle experiences. Their local knowledge was exceptional and very professional and delivered in a friendly and good humoured manner. We think the whole experience could only be improved by adding a further couple of days to relax after a very busy schedule.

Further to my last post titan got in…

Further to my last post titan got in touch they said the reason the charge the £500 is that they have to make money,on top of the money they have already got. The reason given for not passing on the up grade to the cruise company was we only do that on a Monday what a joke 😆. Yes customer service got InTouch and this was the answers I received hardly a inspireing reply that's why I placed this review.

problems before travelling

From the moment our transport arrived this holiday to Turkey was excellent. The clean, comfortable vehicle and the pleasant uniformed driver suggested that Titan has gone a long way to restoring its former standards. Our Gatwick hotel was good and the morning pick-up was prompt. Our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines was excellent, only spoiled by the fact that we couldn't sit together. On a long haul this would have been a bigger problem. We were met at Istanbul airport by our tour manager, Serhat, and he soon got us all organised and on our way. Throughout the holiday Serhat was efficient and competent, hotels and coach were excellent and the itinerary was everything it promised. The journey home and the transport from Gatwick were again excellent. Why only four stars? We have done almost twenty holidays with Titan, but after the last two we said never again, but each time we decided to remain loyal. The holidays are really enjoyable but sadly the time before travel can be a time of anxiety. It is often difficult to make contact by phone, and emails are either answered after a long delay or not answered at all. Questions don't get properly answered and important information is sometimes ambiguous or incorrect. This isn't the Titan we have experienced in the past, and is the reason why I can't give five stars. We've done several holidays with other companies since the pandemic because of these problems, so come on, Titan, get your act together.

The Great Indian Rail Journey

The total contrasts of Northern India. Old Delhi v New Delhi,the monuments of Jaipur, Agra and Amtitsar, Ranthambore tiger reserve, the border crossing display, the Englishness of Shimla, the manic traffic, the different train journeys, the friendly people. All pulled together by a superb tour manager Rahi who was unflappable despite hospital visits and farmers blocking rail lines. This was a trip not for the feint hearted. Early morning starts, but organised by Rahi through his efficient WhatsApp ensured that all of us knew where to be at what time. Compliments to Titan for their organisation from start to finish.

Golden Triangle India

From being picked up from from home and being deposited back to cornwall I can only say the whole experience was amazing. From seeing the tigers to the wonders of India this was a holiday I will never forget. Alison and bhu were so full of information and helpfulness I don’t think it could be improved upon. The only thing I have to decide on is where shall I go next and obviously with titan.

Sent a significant complaint to Titan a fortnight ago & sent reminder. Still no reply.

I submitted a significant complaint to Titan a fortnight ago regarding being abandoned at Istanbul airport, despite me expressing concerns about the arrangements in advance. Despite two weeks having elapsed and this being a matter of significant personal importance to me Titan still have not replied. This is a matter that needs to be resolved urgently and the lack of contact is completely unacceptable. ---------- UPDATE: I posted the above complaint on Friday 10th May. The following Monday Denise telephoned from me Titan Travel to discuss the matter. Thanks to her empathy, skill, and intelligence we managed to reach an accord. The matter is now closed. We hope our future Titan adventures reflect the considerable excellence our first holiday afforded us rather than the airport issues we experienced with the second. Fingers crossed for third time lucky.

Istanbul and Cappadocia

A most enjoyable tour thanks to our tour manager Serhat. He guided us through bustling Istanbul before setting off cross country for Cappadocia. Magnificent scenery and lots of ancient sites. He kept us entertained on the long coach journeys.

From pick up at home to arriving back home my holiday to New York as a 70th birthday present to myself was brilliant. The tour manager, John Allen was fantastic. He gave us maps and information sheets, including some reasonably priced restaurants and was on hand for any queries. The hotel was in Times Square, which was central for the majority of things I wanted to do and the subway was only two streets away. Well done John and Titan.

This was a brilliant tour

I booked the Golden Triangle organised tour with Titan. A truly amazing experience. I cannot thank Bhupendra Sharma and Alison enough for the most seemless and professional management and organisation of this tour. For example at one point the bus had a slight issue. No problem...Bhu organised Tuk Tuks for us all within about 15 minutes!

Full on experience

Full on experience, which has left many memories. Things were sometimes a challenge due to unavoidable situations, but this made it more fun due to the tour guides problem solving skills and great attitude. The hotels were excellent as was the food. Rahi was professional, good humoured , and caring , we couldn’t fault him . The only change I would have made to the itinerary would be to have a days free time to relax

Adriatic Coastal Explorer

We toured aboard the Amorena travelling north and returning to Trogir near Split. It was a memorable holiday, perfect in every way. The boat crew were fantastic without exception, working as a happy team. Nothing was too much trouble, and the food was lovely. Bobby, our onboard guide, was a joy, informative, caring, funny and always on hand. The overnight stops were varied and none disappointed. Happy days!

Southern sights and sounds tour April…

Our first trip with Titan and unlikely to be our last. Pick up from home was great and greeting from tour guide Ian immediately on arrival at T3, Heathrow was reassuring. We hoped the trip would be a holiday of a lifetime and it didn't disappoint. The organisation, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation were fantastic. The itinerary and the optional excursions really did give a flavour of the southern states. Special mention for tour guide Ian and driver Chris who worked really hard to make the trip run smoothly. The selections of hotels were first…

The selections of hotels were first class. The food in all those hotels were excellent and in every hotel the staff were faultless, nothing was too much trouble for them. The excursions were well planned and well thought out. Our tour manager Sanjeev Kumar was very informative and cheerfull at all times even whilst under pressure from one disruptive guest, who, in my opinion, should not have been on the tour as it was clearly not suitable for her, As she was in a wheal chair the Travel Agents should have encouraged her not to book that particular tour as there was a lot of rough terrain and she should have had a carer with her.

On the 1st of April this year I went…

On the 1st of April this year I went with Titan on a grand tour of Japan. It turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The Japanese guide could not speak English very well she did not seem to have much knowledge of the areas and places that we travelled to. Also the program contained three cookery courses which we could’ve well done without I went on this holiday to see scenery places of interest not to cook. I feel this holiday with Titan was quite expensive and did not live up to my expectations.

Sicily in April

The trip was extremely well organised from car collection through all visits and hotels. Our Tour Manager Jill was excellent with very good local guides used on a number of occasions. A couple of the dinners were not the greatest but overall food very good and would recommend

A taste of the Douro Valley

Just returned from A taste of the Douro Valley. The included tours were excellent as were our guide Rose and driver Mario. Unfortunately all of the hotels seemed to be short staffed . Cidnay Santo Tuso was lovely with stunning views from the dining room. The meals were buffet style and the area where the food was could do with being better organised as it was quite small. Placido Hotel Douro was very isolated and the choices and quality of the food weren't great. However on our last night we had a local accordion group to entertain us. Our final hotel Palace Hotel Asturius was a poor choice to give us two free days . Surrounded by houses but nowhere to go unless you used the Spa.The decor in my room was very odd. A feature red wall behind the bed, Orange throw and cushions,pink and cream tweed chairs. Not sure how to describe the colour of the curtains! There was also an extra bed and the mattress was wider and shorter than the base. All of the surfaces needed dusting.Fortunately there was an optional excursion which was excellent. The food there was much better and on our last evening we had complimentary wine and a Duo who sang in the lounge. The staff at all the hotels worked extremely hard, but there weren't enough of them. Taste of the Douro Valley was aptly named as we had a lot of very enjoyable visits to taste the wine produced!

Grand Tour Japan

We did the Grand Tour but I think they should rename it the Whistle Stop Tour or increase the tour by a week. There was never enough time in any place we visited everything felt rushed. Saying that we throughly enjoyed our time in Japan but a few less shrines or temples would not degrade the holiday.

Great Indian Rail Journey

This was my first holiday on my own, so opted for a solo holiday, thinking a mixed holiday would have underlined the miss of my husband. Despite my anxieties, everything went well, with very easy transport, and great porterage. A challenging holiday in some ways, early starts and a fast pace. Our guide Rahi was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgable, patient and kind. I had the most amazing holiday experience, India lived up to every expectation, her people exceeded expectations. They simply amazed me, gracious, kind and gentle. The only constructive comment I would make is that a day or so of respite would have been appreciated. I understand some sights would be missed, but I think overall it would be worth it. Thankyou to our guide Rahi -and to Titan for a great holiday

A superb and highly recommended holiday!

This holiday comes comes highly recommended, touring some of the most valuable and interesting places in India, situated within the Golden Triangle, together with the Ranthambore Park safaris into the jungle and our very fortunate and lucky opportunity to see the Bengal Tigers, fortunately for us on all three of our visits! Bhupendra our guide explained everything to us in such detail and we never missed anything at each site that we visited and nothing was too much for him to do or explain to us. Alison our tour manager was also so helpful in every way and also made sure that we were in the right place at the right time and so very friendly at all times in every way making sure we were all happy travellers and enjoying ourselves! The hotels were superb and of the highest quality too! This holiday must be one of the best to experience this part of India and superb in every way!

Essence Of Japan - FAIL

A trip of a life time for my daughter and I is what I had planned. Especially as I'd booked it to coincide with blossom season. It will be memorable, but for all the wrong reasons. Titan provided guides who had NEVER undertaken this tour before. The tour manager had never been to Japan, he was clearly hoping to rely on the local guide. Our local guide spoke limited English, couldn't understand us when we asked questions and hadn't been to many of the places on the tour, so I certainly wouldn't describe her as knowledgeable. She got lost on multiple occasions resulting in us being late and having limited time at various destinations and locations. Recommendations on where to explore or eat when we had our limited free time were thanks to search engines rather than guides. The headsets systems for excursions were abandoned on the first attempt, never to be seen again. In total I think we had 6 different local guides. Sadly we had the worse for 10 days, hugely impacting on the enjoyment of the tour. The tour was of a poor standard Having paid over £11000 for this trip I'm left beyond disappointed. It was disorganised and substandard. Avoid booking this trip with Titan.

Really enjoyable India Rail Trip

This was a great trip. It was full on but I saw all the sites I wanted to and more, and our guide Rahi was excellent! The only thing I would add is that we perhaps could have done with a little more time R&R at the hotels. Most were very nice with POOLS etc and I would have liked a little more time to enjoy the facilities. Otherwise fantastic! I would certainly travel with Saga/Titan again.

Our Wild India tour takes you into the heart of the parks said to have inspired Rudyard Kipling’s ‘The Jungle Book’. Jeep safaris and jungle walks across a trio of parks (Pench, Kanha and Bandhavgarh) mean you’ll have plenty of opportunity to spot tigers, leopards, sloth bears and more. You’ll also marvel at star-spangled skies, with an expert on hand to explain each constellation. Away from the parks, you’ll explore UNESCO-listed temples in Khajuraho, admire Mumbai’s art deco architecture and jump on the Jhansi-Delhi express train. A week by the beach in Goa makes the perfect optional add-on at the end of our wildlife tour.

After touching down in Mumbai, we’ll transfer to our hotel.

Location: Elephanta Island

We’ll spend the morning on the island of Elephanta, an hour’s boat ride from Mumbai. Elephanta is famous for its UNESCO-listed cave temples, carved out of the rock between the 5th and 8th centuries. A walk through this maze of temples reveals pillars, courtyards and sculptural reliefs, including an impressive 7m-high shrine to Shiva. This afternoon is at leisure. Perhaps join us for a tour of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (formerly Victoria Terminus), a Victorian Gothic masterpiece boasting turrets, painted arches, a huge central dome and decorative flourishes in iron, brass and marble. We’ll also admire Mumbai’s art deco architecture.

Day 4 : Days 4-5

Location: pench national park.

After a short flight, we’ll drive to Pench National Park, in the lower southern reaches of the Satpura hills. Our lodge is just a kilometre from the park, so we’re perfectly placed to explore this wildlife-filled reserve - the inspiration behind Rudyard Kipling’s ‘The Jungle Book’. A guided nature walk introduces us to the local flora and fauna, while early morning and late afternoon Jeep safaris take us deeper into the park in search of its inhabitants. Sloth bears doze on rocky outcrops, flying squirrels leap between trees, and crocodiles wallow in the network of lakes. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for elusive leopards and tigers, too. An evening of stargazing will be led by a local expert, who’ll show you the wonders of the Milky Way.

Location: Kanha Tiger Reserve

After a final jungle tour in Pench this morning, we’ll drive to Kanha National Park, a 940-square-kilometre park famous for its population of tigers and deer.

Day 6 : Days 7-8

We’ll rise early on our days here and travel into the jungle by Jeep, accompanied by an experienced ranger. Heading into the park at sunrise allows us the opportunity to watch the wildlife wake and patrol in the cool morning temperatures. An afternoon safari might take us into a different park zone for further opportunities to spot the wildlife along riverbanks, in open savannahs or in ancient woods. Birdwatchers should keep binoculars handy - 200-plus species are found here, including the black ibis, hawk eagle and the red-wattled lapwing. We’ll also visit a Gond tribal village nearby, where we’ll have the chance to have a cup of chai with the locals, see traditional tribal paintings and perhaps learn a few skills from the artists themselves.

Location: Bandhavgarh National Park

Our final national park awaits, as we make our way north to Bandhavgarh. It’s a fairly long drive (five hours), but once we arrive, we’ll have time to unwind at our lodge and enjoy our lush surroundings. Relax beside the tree-shaded pool or sit out on your private terrace with a book and a coffee.

Day 8 : Days 10-11

Another three jungle safaris punctuate our stay here. A former hunting ground for maharajahs, Bandhavgarh is now a protected reserve that’s home to white and Bengal tigers, leopards, elephants, sloth bears and a host of other creatures. More than 250 species of bird can be spotted here, too. We’ll also get a closer look at the flora as we explore the forest on foot, guided by an expert naturalist.

Location: Khajuraho

Today, we’ll head for Khajuraho, where we’ll tour a selection of the UNESCO-protected temples. It’s another long drive (six hours), but well worth the effort. Built around 1,000 years ago by the ruling Chandella dynasty, they perfectly marry architecture and sculpture. We’ll see Mahadev, the largest and most ornate temple, wander through the circular Chaunsath Yogini temple, and admire the 11-headed sculpture of Lord Vishnu at Chitragupta Temple.

Location: Orchha

The little village of Orchha is a bit of an underrated gem. Overlooked by many tourists, it’s home to an incredible array of palaces and temples - a reminder of this unassuming village’s past as the capital of a powerful kingdom. After lunch in Orchha, we’ll make our way to the train station at Jhansi, ready for our express service into Delhi. Rail travel is a huge part of life here and experiencing a train ride is a must on any trip to India. Enjoy city and countryside views as we speed through Uttar Pradesh, arriving into Delhi in the early evening.

Our India tour comes to an end today as you transfer to the airport for your return flight back to the UK. Upon arrival, your Titan vehicle will be waiting for the journey home. If you’ve booked our Goa extension, you’ll fly south from Delhi to begin your week by the beach.

Recently returned from the great Indian rail journey.My wife and I could hardly believe the value for money.From pick ups from Durham to Heathrow and back,to the number of coach and train journeys , quality hotels, great choice of food throughout and our first night in Heathrow Hilton. What really made our trip a success was our guide, Prashant,who managed a party of twenty four very varied, sometimes a little unpredictable travellers with ease.Nothing was too much trouble for him and as a group we gelled and warmed to Prashant as he kept us safe, well informed and a little entertained by his mix of authority and humanity.Where do I begin with the tour itself ? India,a country of extremes.Poverty,wealth,order,chaos.Sometimes bleak,often breathtakingly beautiful.The people,the cities,art, architecture,flaura and fauna.Delhi,Jaipur, Amritsar,Agra, Ranthambore, Chandigarh and the icing on the cake that is Shimla. An absolute masterclass of man versus nature,the railway and buildings are an unbelievable feat,but wait until you see the dual carriageway being built on the mountainside.🤯I could go on for a very long time but I'll just post some photos.Thanks to Titan,thanks to the excellent Prashant and and a massive thanks to the other twenty two travellers who helped shape our holiday of a lifetime.🏁💜

Exceptional trip and service by Titan

Just returned from a fabulous tour of California & the golden west. It’s a full on tour with early starts but you see so much varied landscape from the ocean to the desert to Yosemite. My 2nd tour with Titan & my first solo tour. Thoroughly enjoyed it & met some great people. Grand Canyon was amazing would definitely recommend

Not merely a holiday, rather a memorable experience

I have used other travel operators; this was the 1st time of touring with Titan----Israel, The Holy Land, from being collected from home and returned at the end of the holiday this was an unforgettable experience; the Tour Manager, a PhD Archaeology made the whole tour so interesting, he enlightened us throughout each day from an historical, archeological and Biblical viewpoint, bringing each site we visited come to life, and went over and above his remit escorting us for evening trips around the local area; thanks also to our very patient driver who coped with the very busy traffic; our hotels were good, professional and pleasant staff and really good food; I would recommend Titan to anyone looking for a fascinating tour with excellent efficient service thank you Titan nor just for a holiday for a memorable experience

We had a 2 weeks...

We had a 2 weeks fantastic holiday arranged by Titan to Vietnam and Cambodia. Excellent,well organised Throughly enjoyed. Very good service by Vietnam Airlines, if you could afford book it in premium economy. We had a door to door service , picked up to airport from home and then dropped at home from airport, very convinient. Particular credit goes to our guide THI who is a caring, knolegeable, friendly down to earth man who made our trip a memorable one. I will not hesitate to book another holiday through Titan, their staff are friendly and helpful

We had a fantastic holiday...

We had a fantastic holiday in Mississippi. Right from our chauffeur driven car picking us up to the return journey, we had a great time. The first hotel The Gaylord was amazing,absolutely huge,first class. The second The Double tree in Memphis unfortunately wasn't, the hotel was tired and very basic, the only plus was where it is situated in the centre of town, we were only there two nights so it wasn't to bad. The American Queen Steam Boat was first class all the way, thoroughly enjoyed the seven nights sailing down the Mississippi. The last hotel the Sheraton New Orleans was very comfortable too. Our guide throughout our time away was Laura Tuttle. she was amazing, very knowledgeable, and helpful. We also had a coach driver Guil, who went over and beyond to give you the best time. The entire itinerary itinerary was very well thought out, included a huge variety of visits to different Interesting locations. Highly recommend using Titan for all your holiday destinations.

Perfect Italian Holiday…

Just returned from a lovely week in Sorrento at the Grand Hotel Hermitage, we had an excellent guide Peter Macchristopher. we loved the hotel the staff were very nice especially in the dining rooms, the food was good and the room we had was really nice with a wonderful view. Altogether very good value holiday.we felt the trip to Pompei was very good also boat trip to Amalfi. I would recommend a walk to the village of St Agatha and a three hour ride on the Little Blue Train. Great fun.this can be booked at reception.

THE GREAT INDIAN RAIL JOURNEY!!!! (Dreadful) Avoid Titan and Saga at all costs. False descriptions of the tour and dreadful administration Returned to the UK last evening with a great sigh of relief after the worst holiday ever. 1. No block booking of airplane seats by Titan. (Husband and I sat apart on the long, overnight flight) 2. Unable to pre-book seats as Titan reference numbers did not coincide with anything. 3. Husband and I not sat together on any of the train journeys! In fact, on one occasion I was sat, alone on a sleeper carriage, a couple of carriages away from the rest of the group who were scattered over two or three carriages. Terrifying as a female to be sat alone in the midst of noisy locals!!!!! (Eventually the guide, Rahi, did come to rescue me and found a seat near the main group) 4. The guide, Rahi, would usually get off the coach and begin walking off without waiting for all the group to disembark the coach. (Spot the guide in the crowd!) 5. The guide, Rahi, refused to use any identifying prop such as a flag, hat, jacket or umbrella. Frightening to be in the manic crowds of Delhi and other crowded places to be unable to see the guide. 6. NO AUDIO HEADSET system on any excursion 7. The guide, Rahi, didn’t face the whole group, but stood sideways on and was unable to be heard by the majority. 8. OUTRAGEOUS behaviour by the guide when he enquired as to the whereabouts of my husband, whom I explained was in bed with an upset stomach and was feeling unwell. Rahi DID A REVERSE AIR PUNCH😳😳. This was in response to an earlier conversation when my husband had complained about our separate seating arrangements. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL 9. When we arrived at Heathrow to find our aircraft seats were not allocated, we were advised to speak to our guide on arrival at Delhi. Rahi merely shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t do anything. 10. Tour pace incorrect - gruelling pace and only half a day relaxation due to the guide, Rahi, throwing in visits to shops and factories fie him to earn his commission as I head him tell another!!!!!!! 11. When off loaded the return flight due to illness, we were unable to get in contact with Titan/Saga. Left in Delhi without an hotel or flight!!! Found accommodation but didn’t remove shoes or clothes due to the poor standard. Final summary: Poor, disappointing, inefficient, incompetent, misleading, misrepresentations, are just a few words to describe.

Luxury VIP door to door...

Luxury VIP door to door travel! I don't think so....Titan sent a Toyota Prius uber to Stanstead for a return journey to Newport, S Wales. 4 adults plus luggage! the experience was anything but luxurious. Contacted Titan on the return journey and since return. They simply didn't seem interested and offered us a £300 travel discount off a future trip! After a lot of emails they converted it to a £300 cash refund. Give it a lot of thought before booking !
