Swedish House Mafia Announce 2022 Reunion Tour, Share The Weeknd Collab “Moth to Flame”

The Swedish trio will release their new album, Paradise Again, in early 2022

In Summer 2022, Swedish House Mafia will embark on their first tour in a decade.

The 46-date jaunt kicks off in April with an appearance at Coachella . The tour really gets into motion starting in late July as the Swedish electronic trio plays arenas shows across the US and Canada through the middle of September. Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso will then embark on a UK/European leg.

Tickets to the tour go on sale Friday, October 29th via Ticketmaster .

Swedish House Mafia also intend to drop a new album called Paradise Again in early 2022. In anticipation, they’ve shared a new single, “Moth to Flame,” featuring The Weeknd. Watch the accompanying video below.

Swedish House Mafia revealed the opening acts for their upcoming world tour on Monday (April 18).

The musicians acting as support for the house music trio will include Grimes , Kaytranada , Alesso , Zhu and Vintage Culture . The previously announced trek round the world kicks off July 29 at Miami’s FTX Arena.

And that’s not all: Axwell , Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso have also added a few additional dates to the tour, which will close this November in Tampere, Finland, after crisscrossing the U.S., Canada, Europe and the U.K.

During the tour, which arrives on the heels of the trio’s long-awaited debut album Paradise Again , Live Nation will bring back a vintage collector’s item for many an ardent music fan — the ticket stub – in the form of an NFT collectible .

The Weeknd & Swedish House Mafia Both Delivered the Hits During 2022 Coachella Co-Headlining Set

While they were already confirmed on the lineup, Swedish House Mafia reunited with their “Moth to a Flame” collaborator The Weeknd on Sunday night to take over the Coachella headlining slot vacated by Ye . Before the performance, the group also made history with the first-ever Spotify livestream to celebrate the release of Paradise Again .

Global supergroup Swedish House Mafia have teamed with iconic superstar The Weeknd for a new single and video “ Moth to a Flame ,” available now via Republic Records (listen/watch here ). The new song, initially teased during the trio’s landmark performance at the MTV VMA s pre-show, marks the band’s first new music since announcing their reunion this past July with a pair of new singles “It Gets Better ” and “ Lifetime (feat. Ty Dolla $ign & 070 Shake) ” that arrived alongside a cover story for Billboard Magazine and a special performance of both songs on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon . The trio of songs continue to build anticipation toward the band’s forthcoming full-length Paradise Again , slated for release early next year with a Special Tour Edition CD pre-order available now that unlocks exclusive pre-sale tour tickets.

In conjunction with the new single, Swedish House Mafia have announced an international tour for 2022 produced by Live Nation, their first proper run since 2012. Long revered by fans for their bombastic live performances, the band’s previous outing, “ One Last Tour ,” sold over 1,000,000 tickets . The 2022 jaunt will follow the trio’s just announced performance at Coachella 2022 and includes arenas across the United States and Europe - full dates below .

Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday, October 29th at swedishhousemafia.com , with the Special Tour Edition CD pre-order pre-sale beginning on Wednesday, October 27 .

The band have also just been nominated for awards in both the Best Electronic and Best Nordic Act categories for this year’s MTV EMAs , being held in Budapest on Sunday, November 14th . Wow Swedish House Mafia.. Where do I even start?! I guess I'll start where I first heard them, I was on the bus home from school when "Save The World" came on & I was hooked. I began watching their concert videos and I knew I had to go to one. Especially after hearing it was their last tour :( Months after Months of begging for tickets, I had them! It was March 2nd, 2013, I had woken up with my two best friends next to me so excited to finally go to our first rave. The night before that we had spent hours making bracelets that read "We came. We raved. We loved" & other cool slogans. We had finally gotten to the arena & let me tell you, right from the outside you can tell its gonna be a crazy night! Everyone was dressed in crazy colors, SHM was blasting from portable radios and people were just dancing around having a great time. When we went inside we got our bracelets & went down to the pit where we had front row! When the music started we lost our minds and the rest was history. Swedish House Mafia sure didn't let us down. The laser show was incredible & the music flowed through our ears so loud yet so heavenly. Good vibes all around, probably one of the best days of my life. If I had the chance to see them again, I SO would. It breaks my heart that they're broken up but makes me smile that i actually got to see them live. I still listen to their music today & they sure have made history in my eyes.

Let's just say that Swedish House Mafia opened my eyes to a world of love. I attended the EDM group's concert in Madison Square Garden back in 2012 on the 'One Last Tour'. It was my fist Rave type of performance and easily the best.

As i waited for the show to begin i hardly knew what to expect. SHM kicked off the night with their hit single, "Greyhound" accompinied by impressive visuals and an energy unlike anything else i had experienced. I truly felt alive for the first time in my life, now knowing what i had been missing. Their repertoire, songs from their album 'Unitl Now' released in 2012, were strung together and played back to back, just as a story would unfold and cease to have any pauses. I was on a journey. A journey that included some of the most intricticate and pleasing sounds i had ever heard.

The most special thing about my night spent with SHM was the way their music brought the audience together. Accompinied by my four friends, we were surrounded by a crowd of people who geuniely were happy to be there. Everyone wanted to take care of each other, whether it was lifting someone up on your shoulders or a simple smile, everyone was loved. I think that this is the best message that an artist can send and create; pure love and compassion between strangers through their love of music.

was an amazing show, the guys were amazing!!! they played his own songs of solitaire and his songs as swedish house mafia and I loved it and enjoyed it a lot..They have a lot of talent and were super nice with all of us, I hope They come back soon, and the moment when fireworks came in was totally magic. Absolutely had a great time :)

Show was amazing, should have brought better support acts with alesso being in the town at that time. Light visuals were somewhat ok, should have been more spectacular for their «first» gig after the reunion. Lasted a bit short, and they only had a few minutes playing their most famous songs. After all it was a cool experience!

If Coachella's announcement about Swedish House Mafia being a 2022 headliner + the release of "Moth to a Flame" (their collab with the Weeknd) had you inferring tour dates might be on the horizon... you would be right.

The EDM trio have released world tour dates that kick off next July in Miami and run through next November in Finland. Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday, October 29th at swedishhousemafia.com

Maybe jump on those tickets because the band is known for taking extended breaks - their last outing, "One Last Tour" was in 2012.

The group's album debut, Paradise Again, is slated to come out next year as well.

Swedish House Mafia have announced their first tour since reuniting, called “Paradise Again”, with 44 dates.

Global supergroup Swedish House Mafia have teamed with iconic superstar The Weeknd for a new single and video ‘Moth to a Flame’, available now via Republic Records. The new song, initially teased during the trio’s landmark performance at the MTV VMAs pre-show, marks the band’s first new music since announcing their reunion this past July with a pair of new singles, ‘It Gets Better’ and ‘Lifetime (feat. Ty Dolla $ign & 070 Shake)’, that arrived alongside a cover story for Billboard Magazine and a special performance of both songs on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.

The trio of songs continue to build anticipation toward the band’s forthcoming full length Paradise Again, slated for release early next year with a Special Tour Edition CD pre-order available now that unlocks exclusive pre-sale tour tickets. In conjunction with the new single, Swedish House Mafia have announced an international tour for 2022 produced by Live Nation, their first proper run since 2012. Long revered by fans for their bombastic live performances, the band’s previous outing, One Last Tour, sold over 1,000,000 tickets.

The 2022 jaunt will follow the trio’s just announced performance at Coachella 2022 and includes arenas across the United States and Europe. The band have also just been nominated for awards in both the Best Electronic and Best Nordic Act categories for this year’s MTV EMAs, being held in Budapest on Sunday, November 14th.

Swedish House Mafia announce Paradise Again tour around the world

London, amsterdam, houston, las vegas, madrid, miami and many others; the tour is called paradise again, as the upcoming album, and will cover 44 cities over the summer/autumn 2022.

Swedish House Mafia , the legendary electronic music trio, are planning shows in London, Amsterdam, Houston and more, a new advertising campaign suggests.

The video appeared for the first time on the well-known fan group, @teamsaofficial , and it has been recorded around the O2 Arena .

As happened in the past with billboards and posters popping out from nowhere and announcing new shows, there’s no information about a possible date or location.

The same kind of advertising was reported to be seen in Amsterdam at Ziggo Dome too by @sizehq .

The basketball field at the Toyota Center in Houston has also been wrapped with SHM logo.

The mega led wall at ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas has been turned on with the trio’s logo as well. It may suggest a show at the T-Mobile Arena.

The official Twitter account of San Diego Pechanga Arena posted the same kind of picture we’re seeing online, basically confirming another show in the city.

Madrid and Miami are the latest two confirmations. The led walls have been switched on at the IFEMA Madrid, an event and congress center located in the North East of the city, near the Adolfo Suárez airport. In Miami, the advertisement has been seen near the FTX Arena, very close to Bayfront Park.

The trio started to advertise the arena show on Instagram stories, pointing out a new stop: Tauron Arena in Krakow, Poland.

Staying in Europe, Paris will have its Swedish House Mafia show at Accor Arena , on boulevard de Bercy, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.

New York has been added to the list too. Unfortunately, no Madison Square Garden or Barclays at the moment but, MetLife Stadium has been announced. It’s located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, 5 miles west of New York City.

Footprint Center in Phoneix will host another show of the trio.

Ball Arena in Denver confirmed a show by the Swedish House Mafia as well as Rogers Arena in Vancouver  and United Center in Chicago .

An arena North America tour is confirmed at this point.

The legendary Coachella at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, will see Swedish House Mafia headline the festival after 10 years.

Arena shows confirmed for the Swedish House Mafia tour.

After some testing of the arena shows, the trio officially announced the world tour. It will be split into North America/Canada and Europe. Tickets go on sale to the general public next   Friday, October 29th   at   swedishhousemafia.com. There’s also the chance to get access to the pre-sale pre-ordering the Special Tour Edition CD . The pre-sale starts on   Wednesday, October 27 . At the moment, the Special Tour Edition CD on swedishhousemafia.com is available for the US and Canada only.

Things to do | swedish house mafia set world concert tour, including pechanga arena san diego gig; here are all the dates, the superstar house-music trio will also perform at the 2022 coachella festival in indio in april.

It will follow the Stockholm house-music group’s performance at the 2022 Coachella festival in Indio. Next year’s tour by the group will be its first since a 14-date concert trek in 2019. That tour came six years after Swedish House Mafia’s 2013 farewell tour.

In 2022, the group will perform Sept. 4 at Pechanga Arena San Diego. The tour will open July 29 at Miami’s FTX Arena and conclude its North American leg Sept. 16 at San Francisco’s Chase Center.

The European leg opens Sept. 29 in England at Manchester’s AO Arena and concludes Nov. 13 in Finland at Tampere’s Uros Arena. All dates and cities appear below.

The Thursday night announcement of Swedish House Mafia’s tour coincides with the release of the new song, “ Moth to a Flame .” It’s a collaboration with Canadian pop star The Weeknd, who this week announced the cancelation of his 2022 arena tour and a pivot to a 2022 stadium tour for which dates and cities have not yet been announced.

Swedish House Mafia’s tour next year will follow the 2022 release of the group’s next album, “Paradise Again.” It will be their first album since 2014’s “One Last Tour: A Live Soundtrack.”

Tickets for all of the 2022 tour dates go on sale Oct. 29, 2021 at 10 a.m. to the general public and will be available at swedishhousemafia.com . The website will also have a ticket pre-sale for fans who pre-order Swedish House Mafia’s new album from 10 a.m. Wednesday until 10 p.m. on October 28.

Tickets for the group’s Sept. 4 Pechanga Arena San Diego concert are priced from $39.50 to $275.50, plus service fees, and go on sale Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. at axs.com. There will be several pre-sales for the San Diego concert. They include, a Spotify pre-sale, a Live Nation pre-sale and a Pechanga Arena San Diego pre-sale, all of which will take place from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 28.

More information on the pre-sales will be released on Swedish House Mafia’s social media sites.
