High Quality Services

My small family was having a wonderful holiday to begin with in Dubai but unfortunate circumstances happened to my husband. On our 2nd day in Dubai my husband started to fell unwell and the following day it gets worst and he needed to have a medical assistance which requires emergency operation. Due to the medical and hospital bills estimated cost which we cannot afford, my husband was very adamant to come back here in the UK due to free medical care and wanted to rebook our ticket a.s.a.p. we both very emotional as his life would be in danger as per the Doctor stated he would not make it if he insist to travel. I contacted our travel insurance Post office/ Medical Collinson group and reassured us that they will cover my husband's hospital bills. We could have thankful enough to all the medical team and staff of Collinson group/ Post Office especially Tanya, Lucas and Lisa for the assistance, compassion, reassurance and support. They made sure that we don't need to worry about my husband's hospital bills, Hotel extensions and flight re-booking and even out transportation to go to the airport. They ensure my husband's comfort and health safety before we travel back here in the UK. Your service are truly exceptional and the best! We hope our review will give assurance to the other customer that Post office/ Collinson Group are TRUSTWORTHY and you provide HIGH QUALITY SERVICES!

Your husband's comfort and health were our top priorities, and we made sure everything was taken care of before you traveled back to the UK. We really appreciate your wonderful feedback! Best wishes, Collinson Team

If you care to check the insurance &…

If you care to check the insurance & company structures you will see that that Collinson act as claims handlers for various "reputable" companies such as Post Office & Saga and the insurer is Astrenska who is owned by the same individuals as Collinson. So if you really expect the claims handlers to pay out you will be very disappointed. UPDATE - No phone call or email from Collinsons.

AVOID at all cost.

If I can I would leave -1 star. Collinson Group operates VHI Travel Insurance. Avoid this company at all cost.My claim was for a 'Missed Departure'. My Ryanair flight was delayed for nearly 12 hours. The departure was delayed, then the flight was diverted to another country for a crew reason. Finally arrived at midnight but missed the departure of my connecting flight, departing same day afternoon. According to VHI Travel/ Collinson Group, they cover delay for more than 10 hours, diverted flight, missed departure, crew shortage. All that happen to my trip. Collinson Group refused to cover any of the above and denied any of the official insurance letters and confirmation of travel letters from Ryanair and flight data provided. They keep asking me for additional documentation from Ryanair that virtually and phisically can not be obtained even that all necessary info is already provided and is obvious. And this just to refuse any payment. My question is: What is the purpose of the insurance then? What is the purpose of insurance companies like Collinson Group? Shop elsewhere. There are better companies.

Customer service… what a joke

In April 2024 I purchased an annual travel policy from Collinson via the Post Office. It included cruise cover. I’ve now decided that I won’t be travelling for the foreseeable future and approached their Customer Service with a view to cancel the policy. What a mistake that was. No was the response! Of course they would allow me to cancel but any refund after 14 days was totally out of the question. I asked why and was told that I had used the policy by travelling and therefore no refund. I explained that it is an annual travel policy and that the underwriters knew that it would be exposed many times during the year but they were adamant that they would not be able to refund any money under any circumstances. I would never consider using them again.

Never again

I will never as long as I am still kicking do any sort of business with these people again - or any of the brokers that sell their policies. Appalling company with a terrible ethos and awful customer service. Collinson, don't bother replying to this review with your excuses or empty promises, I'm done.

I bought this insurance and hope it…

I bought this insurance and hope it will cover me for that purpose if needed but when in contact with the insurance they are in complete denial and advice wrong first. It is a disgraceful waste of money and selling a non-existent service. The customer service team is arrogant and puts things into. Don't buy it word of advice

After reading so many negative reviews

After reading so many negative reviews, I wasnt hopeful but very pleased that I had a positive outcome with my claim after my holiday had to be cancelled due to our child getting chicken pox. Staff were friendly and once they received everything they were after, it was dealt with quicker than expected. Money was also in my account the day after I had the settlement email!! Thank you

Post Office travel insurance underwritten by Collinson

I have had Post Office travel insurance for several years and have never made a claim until now. I filed this claim at the beginning of May, 2024. Three months have now elapsed and I am still awaiting resolution. Communication from Collinson has been dreadful and the level of customer service has been appalling. In my opinion, the Post Office needs to find a different underwriter because I shall certainly not purchase future insurance requirements from them if they continue with Collinson.

Very prompt response , good experience

I always tell people that an insurance policy can only really be judged when you have to make a claim, Collinson underwrites HolidaySafe travel insurance . We have used them for several years now and had to claim for the first time last week for medical treatment overseas. It wasn’t a large claim but they replied to online claim within three days and monies should be in our bank this week . Credit where it’s due .thank you .

Hi Christine, thank you for sharing your experience with Collinson underwriting HolidaySafe travel insurance. It's great to hear that we were quick to respond to your claim and that you are satisfied with the service provided. We appreciate your feedback. Regards, Collinson

A Lifeline on Christmas Day

Having had a ski accident on Christmas Day in France I am so glad for the insurance company! Within under an hour of me contacting them they had already arranged travel with the airline to ensure I could get home. Upon coming home and submitting my medical expenses (of which they was alot!) to receiving the money it's been just over 2 weeks which considering we've had Christmas break isn't bad going I don't think. I dealt with Roman whilst I was in resort and he sorted my flights, no questions asked and Jeremiah has been dealing with my claim. I did read some dodgy reviews on here and it made me become sceptical of how long it would take for the claim to go through, but I can't complain at all.

Date of experience : 25 December 2023

Hello Ami, and thank you for sharing your rating and feedback. We're sorry to hear about your ski accident. It's great to hear that you got home without hassles and that your claim was processed smoothly. Best regards, The Collinson Team

Helpful staff

Collinsons are the underwriters for the post office and we had to cancel our holiday 10 days before departure due to a family bereavement. I rang up and they were very helpful informing me what paperwork I needed and how to go about it. Once I had the paperwork I rang them back and answered a few questions then emailed the paperwork. Within 30 minutes I had received an email to say that my claim had been accepted and I would receive my money within 5 working days. I received the money at the close of business that day. Thank you Amanda and the other ladies who helped me with this claim

When something serious happens this is the team you want

My daughter was in an accident abroad just before Xmas and the team at Collinson - Post Office Travel insurance- were amazing. If something serious happens you want this team on your side. They ensured we had the correct care, managed all medical costs directly and brought our daughter home managing all flights, proper assistance and a door to door service. They communicated with me all the time to ensure I was kept up to date with the situation, which was so reassuring. Gary especially was fantastic, I felt he really cared and he was determined to do everything he could to make sure she was going to be ok and brought home safely. Can’t recommend them enough.

Date of experience : 08 January 2024

Hey Sarah, thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. We are thrilled to hear that our team did an amazing job. We ensured that your daughter received the best possible care, and we took care of all the medical costs directly. We went the extra mile and arranged all the flights and door-to-door service to bring her back home safely. We are thrilled to hear that our Claims Handler, Gary, was especially fantastic. We are so glad that we were able to provide this level of service to you and your family in this difficult time. Regards, The Collinson Team.

DO NOT use under any circumstances

Please I beg whoever reads this not to use Post Office travel insurance underwritten by Collinson - under any circumstances, even if it's offered for free! I made a grave mistake of thinking since I have other insurnce policies with the Post Office this would be fine. I intend on switching those policies as this experience has frightened me. If you dare to make a claim you will be treated worse than you can ever imagine by their staff, told you cannot under any circumstances speak to a senior manager & told by a Team Manager that they are the sole Team Manager in the medical assistance service so if you don't want to talk to them then you should do your own thing. Mind you this is all happening with a validated claim & with them knowing that you are seriously unwell so I can only imagine how they treat customers whose claims they have refused. I have requested my entire file as I intend on raising the alarm on this company. Their way of doing business (with paying customers) at their most vulnerable is truly a scandal and if you don't believe any negative reviews you see here, go to the Post Office's Trust Pilot review page and you will see just how many reviewers say if they could give 0 stars (to Post Office travel insurance underwritten by Collinson) they would. If that is not sufficient then visit the FCA page and type in Astrenka (Collinson is the trading name) and you will see that at one point their claims complaints as a percentage of claims was 15 - 20%! I hope no one will be treated the way I have been treated but the only way you can guarantee that is by ensuring you stay as far away from this insurance company as possible and tell everyone you know to do the same.

Trying to submit a claim

I got through and the issue was resolved immediately and to satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this insurance company. Trying to submit a claim. Cannot get hold of anybody over the phone, waited an hour this morning (lines only open in the morning) and then gave up. Tried to do it online but no email is received to validate the email address. Click on forgot email, still no email. Not quite sure where I go with this now. guess I will need to try again tomorrow and waste another hour of my life on hold.

Hello Michele, thank you for your review and feedback. We're sorry you couldn't get in touch with anybody over the phone while you were trying to make a claim. Thank you for providing your information when we requested for it. One of our consultants will contact you. Regards, The Collinson Team

CLIENT SATISFACTION NOW MET

At last I am pleased that Collinson’s have met the standards one would expect from a well known and trusted Company. Following 4 scathing reviews by me on earlier dates on Trustpilot, the Company contacted me. JS of the Customer Relations Executive thoroughly examined my case, answered each of my points with positive comments and satisfied my redress requests. Thank you. Would have been 5 Star if Collinson’s had reacted quicker.

Date of experience : 26 May 2023

Thank you for your lovely feedback, Michael. We're pleased to hear that all your questions were answered and your requests met. Best wishes, The Collinson Team

Strange experience

I've had a strange experience. I checked insurance for my flight with easyjet. I was notified on the day of the flight that it had been cancelled, so I made other arrangements. I looked into my insurance policy for clarity, but it was all in German. Contacted Collinsons and easyjet for an English version, but neither could provide it. A week later, still no luck. After getting nowhere, I contacted Collinsons to make a claim, They repeatedly emailed me to call the provided number. I bit the bullet and did. The prompt directs me to go on a website. Jump on and my browser alerts for dangerous scam and warnings about providing personal information. The domain doesn't contain the word Collinsons, so it's strange. Jump on Collinsons website and called the number directly displayed on it...says to send an email to receptionist@** LOL! After being emailed to call their office. I call and it directs me to email. Circular reference? Very odd experience, unresolved...

The worst customer service.

I purchased a travel policy and was recommended to cancel it for personal reasons. As per the agreement, we can cancel it within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. I called the phone representative twice and nothing was done, and I sent multiple emails with no response. What a waste of customer service! When we purchase, everything happens with a single click, but if we need something later, we have no options.

Real Insurance Company or fraudulent?

Company must have email address and phone number on each and every policy sold. For 6 days I cannot reach company's customer service to set up a claim despite the correct email address. Company does not accept emails on company's server due to the bloc installed for the incoming mails.

Date of experience : 27 June 2024

Very good service and quick response

Despite the website not accepting the claim once I'd contacted customer service by phone the agent was very apologetic and very helpful. All forms were sent to me immediately by email and they were easy to complete, scan and return. Settlement came within 4 weeks. Very good service.

Thank you for sharing your positive feedback, Anne. We're delighted to hear the customer service agent could help when the website failed and that your claim was processed and settled quickly. Best regards, The Collinson Team

As a private company, Collinson Group has the agility to serve and accommodate its clients’ evolving needs quickly and effectively and, by doing so, it has remained a trusted partner for many renowned companies across multiple industry sectors, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Hilton, Delta and Cathay Pacific, who have been partnering with Collinson Group for over 10 years.

Industry insights

What are your main distribution channels for travel insurance?

We distribute travel insurance through global B2B and B2C travel insurance relationships where Collinson Group is managing and delivering an insured solution to a client or direct to the consumer.

Our direct retail brand Columbus Direct was established in 1988, selling both online via  www.columbusdirect.com  and offline via call centre channels. It also works with affiliated travel companies and aggregators to bring our products and services to consumers.

In addition to selling direct to consumers, we have the capabilities to deliver white label or branded, bespoke travel insurance services, from capacity only, through to full product design, pricing and underwriting, depending on clients’ requirements. We also provide assistance and claims management services for insurers and brokers around the world and work directly with utility companies, affinity organisations, travel specialists, governments and non-governmental organisations, including some of the biggest brands in the UK and Ireland.

Our B2B2C distribution channel contributes to the majority of our travel insurance business and we are able to leverage the loyalty expertise of Collinson Group to enhance each end-customer’s experience.

In which countries/regions do you sell the most travel insurance policies?

Taking all direct, white label and affinity products into account, we sell most travel insurance in the UK, followed by Ireland, Italy, Australia and the Middle East.

Who are your assistance partners?

We provide differentiated and bespoke assistance propositions through Intana, our in-house global assistance and claims service. Our own operation centres are based in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Soon we will have operations embedded in the Collinson Group’s international service centres in Hong Kong, Australia, the US and United Arab Emirates.

To enable efficient delivery of global services at a local level, we have invested in expanding and refining our international medical and logistical network of over 40,000 quality assessed partners

Due to the Group’s heritage in the travel sector and its international presence, we have the scale and capabilities to operate on a business model that allows us to engage travellers at every point of their journey, from providing access to a network of 1,000 global airport lounges through our ownership of Priority Pass and concierge services, all the way to assistance and medical support.

To enable efficient delivery of global services at a local level, we have invested in expanding and refining our international medical and logistical network of over 40,000 quality assessed partners. This puts us in a unique position to provide Columbus Direct’s own customers, but also the customers of our partnered clients, with pre-travel medical and security advice, plus 24/7, global assistance services and emergency travel support.

Our medical and travel assistance packages can be purpose-built to our clients’ specifications, from medical screening and impaired life cover to travel assistance and legal advice and expenses. With the support of our specialist teams, we can leverage our in-depth travel knowledge, network management expertise and cost containment capabilities to provide tailored assistance solutions for clients and their customers, both on a standalone basis or embedded within a broader insurance proposition.

Columbus Direct has rolled out self-service digital kiosks at 10 UK airports

What are your latest travel insurance products?

To address the risk of people travelling uninsured, Columbus Direct has rolled out self-service digital kiosks at 10 UK airports

since last summer, allowing travellers to buy last-minute travel cover at the same prices as online quotes in just three minutes. The introduction of digital kiosks also speaks to changing consumer purchasing behaviour, as more travellers are buying travel insurance policies online or via mobile. As customers are becoming more discerning, we recognise the importance of multi-channel engagement and timeliness of service. Following the successful launch in the UK, we are looking to expand our digital kiosk offering in Europe this year.

As travel insurance is seen as a commodity, there is a growing need for travel insurers to provide innovative services and unique product features to offer customers additional value. Utilising our access to more than 1,000 airport lounges via Priority Pass and our technology, we are able to add airport lounge access as a free benefit to our travel insurance, both for Columbus Direct’s customers but also our clients, in the event that a customer’s flight is delayed for two hours or more. Historically, travel delay is claimed after the event, but it doesn’t help relieve customers’ pain point at the moment. With this ‘Stranded Traveller’ proposition, we want to help customers solve a problem at a time that they are experiencing it and will proactively deliver an email/SMS to enable them free access to a lounge.

In addition, telemedicine will play an increasingly important role in delivering medical and healthcare services. Instead of sending people to hospitals, for example, mobile diagnosis or a doctor outpatient visit can spare tourists from having to travel to healthcare facilities and give them the right level of support that serves their needs, as well as providing prescription delivery to their hotel door. Not only does this give tourists alternative access to healthcare, this also allows insurance and assistance companies more flexibility in managing their costs. We are currently prioritising investment in research and development to incorporate innovative product offerings such as digital mobile health in our service spectrum.

Do you underwrite your travel policies in-house?

We underwrite our own travel policies in-house through Astrenska Insurance Limited, part of the Collinson Group and administered by Collinson Insurance Services Limited. We also provide full insurance underwriting on behalf of Great Lakes, Axis, Munich Re as well as Lloyd’s of London, essentially as a managing general agent.

We manage our claims in-house through Intana

Do you manage your own claims, or do you work with a claims management company?

We manage our claims in-house through Intana and we handle travel insurance claims for major travel-based schemes, independent insurers, insurance included in packages from tour and cruise operators, and policies within employee benefits, loyalty or membership programmes. We adopt a customer-centric approach to the handling of claims to provide a personal and quick service that helps clients keep their costs under control.

Furthermore, we have our own medical claims management teams who take care of billing, filing, updating and processing medical claims that relate to patient diagnoses, treatments and medication. Supported by our medical assistance teams, many hospitals and medical facilities use our expertise to look after patient records, work with health insurance agencies and issue invoices for medical services.

Greg Lawson, Head of Travel Insurance

Personal point of view:  From Greg Lawson, Head of Travel Insurance at Collinson Group

What is your experience in the travel insurance industry, and what do you enjoy most about your current role .

I have been working in the travel insurance industry for 23 of my 25 working years, including 10 years in the London Market as a Lloyd’s broker, and have gained a broad range of experience across B2B and B2C sales, underwriting, medical screening, claims and assistance services, digital marketing, e-commerce, business strategy and proposition development, even compliance for my sins! In that time, I have chaired the Association of Travel Insurance Intermediaries, spoken at conferences and sat on various committees. After all these years, I have developed a passion for the product and will happily engage in debate about how the UK market needs to evolve – but, in recent years, I have taken this passion to the global markets to explore ways to develop and innovate product in order to increase the perceived value of travel insurance to clients and end-customers.

With understanding customer behaviour being a driving force for us, working for Collinson Group means I can introduce innovative and progressive elements to our insurance products and services and deliver a positive customer experience that can be both tracked and promoted by clients.

What are your current key objectives?

After continuous development of our B2C retail proposition within the UK and overseas including Italy, Australia and the Middle East for Columbus Direct, our aim is to continue to demonstrate our innovation and focus on customer experience through our own brand. At the same time, our travel insurance experience and culture of evolution will deliver the tools for our clients to optimise conversion and segment product offerings using their own data sources, as well as ‘Big Data’ such as social media.

our travel insurance experience and culture of evolution will deliver the tools for our clients to optimise conversion and segment product offerings using their own data sources, as well as ‘Big Data’ such as social media

In addition, we are looking to expand our travel insurance services beyond the UK, supported by the wider Collinson Group, and continue to focus on the travel and financial services sectors. Leveraging our group’s suite of added-value travel products, such as 360 Assistance, ID Sentry and Stranded Traveller, we will deliver global travel insurance solutions for airlines to help them drive ancillary revenue both within and outside the booking paths. Our aim is to offer additional value outside of travel insurance and to work in partnership with our clients to enable growth and enhance customer experience.

Ultimately, we want to establish for ourselves a global reputation for travel insurance through innovation, expertise, reliability, customer experience, profitability, partnership and consistency – not much to aim for really!

What are some of the biggest challenges currently facing global travel insurers, and how are these being met?

Consumers globally have experienced a huge amount of upheaval and change in the last 12 months. The true ramifications of Brexit cannot yet be understood, with many insurers having to consider their access to market in case passporting rights are taken away. The falling pound has already made overseas travel more expensive for British holidaymakers – our own consumer research has revealed that 16 per cent of Brits are considering a staycation instead of a vacation this year. At the same time, the weakened pound is driving up medical costs overseas for insurers.

Recent terrorist incidents in popular holiday destinations like Tunisia, France and Turkey have put more pressure on other already popular destinations, such as Spain and the Balearics. This can put a strain on local facilities, as well as drive increased medical costs simply through demand exceeding supply at peak times.

At the same time, there is an increase in people travelling further afield to explore places that are less populated by tourists. The travel industry is very well equipped to provide help and support in popular locations, but when tourists encounter issues or require urgent medical treatment in less familiar/developed territories, inadequate local medical facilities or higher extraction costs might require them to be brought back home for appropriate treatment, which can increase medical costs for insurers.

Ultimately, the biggest challenge to the UK market for insurers is how to ensure there is sufficient margin to meet the requirements of running their business, as well as satisfying the regulator, their clients and specifically the end-customers. In recent months, some insurers have reviewed their approach in the UK and others may follow.

How do you see travel insurance products and services developing in the coming years?

Consumers today have embraced the world of technology; it plays an integral part in their daily lives, with travel being no exception. Key areas of innovation like telemedicine allow insurers a new way to engage with consumers and provide value added services, thereby saving travellers’ time and giving them immediate feedback but also with the potential to minimise costs for insurers. In a similar vein, technology can play a key role in enabling more efficient claims processes through automatic claims settlement/real time compensation, further streamlining customer experience. Machine learning and artificial intelligence and other elements of Insurtech will add most value to low margin lines such as travel, provided that there is the commitment to invest for the long term.

There will be a need for insurers to re-examine their offerings and explore ways to tailor their products and services to minimise potential gaps in cover, in light of developments such as people visiting far afield destinations or terrorist attacks. As some market players have started introducing cover for terrorism, there will be pressure within the industry for more insurers to take a similar approach. Of course, travel insurance will not be able to provide a security blanket for every circumstance, but insurers need to reflect travel patterns and evolving risks, rather than stick to the safe and known format.

In addition, the industry will continue to explore a more inclusive market through specialist schemes for older people, or travellers with pre-existing conditions, partly driven by increasingly sophisticated medical screening services in recent years. However, niche risk areas demand high premiums for higher risks and the search for the ultimate balance of these factors will continue among the bigger insurer players – leaving opportunities for the more agile and focused entrants to enter the market.

How do I renew or cancel the renewal of my travel insurance policy?

When you buy an annual multi-trip policy, it can be renewed automatically or manually. Or, if you prefer it doesn’t renew, you can turn off the auto-renewal. Whatever your choice, we’ll write to you around 28 days before the date your current policy is due to end. We’ll detail any changes we’ll make should you wish to renew the policy. And we’ll give you a quote for the next year’s cover.

Automatic renewal:  if you buy an annual multi-trip policy, it will be set to renew automatically at the end of its term to keep you covered. If you prefer to opt out of this, you can do so then or any time during the policy. You can also turn auto renewal on later. Just call our contact centre. If you’ve declared medical conditions for anyone listed on the policy, it can’t be set to auto renew.

Manual renewal:  If you’ve opted out of auto renewal, it’s easy to set this up later or renew manually. You can do this in your online account. Or just call our contact centre. If you miss the renewal date, you can still take out a new policy later. You’ll need to start a new quote, as the renewal quote is only valid until your current policy’s expiry date. This may also mean a gap in your cover until the new policy starts.

Turning off auto-renewal:   If your existing policy is set to auto renew but you change your mind later, you can turn it off any time during the policy term. Again, just do this in your online account or call our contact centre. If you’re within the last 8 days of your policy, you’ll need to call our contact centre to do so. The later you do this the higher the chance a renewal payment will be taken by the bank. If this happens before your renewal cancellation is processed, we’ll make sure your payment is refunded.

My policy includes Flight Delay Assistance. How do I register a flight?

If you bought a Post Office Travel Insurance policy with our premier level of cover, it includes Flight Delay Assistance. You should have received an email from us with details of how to register for this service. If you can’t find the email, arranged your policy in a Post Office branch or don't have an email address, all the information you need will be in your policy confirmation pack. Collinson partners with world nomads to enhance travel insurance offerings in uk & europe.

LONDON, June 27, 2024 --( BUSINESS WIRE )--Collinson, a global leader in travel experience and loyalty programmes, has announced a strategic partnership with World Nomads, the global travel insurance provider, including the launch of a new Annual Multi-Trip (AMT) product in the UK & Ireland.

The new product range will enhance the customer experience with the addition of increased coverage limits and new benefits that apply to both annual and single-trip policies, as well as innovative parametric service, SmartDelay TM . These enhancements ensure that travellers are better protected against a wider range of travel-related issues and unexpected flight delays or cancellations.

As part of the partnership, Collinson will be responsible for underwriting the AMT product as well as providing World Nomad customers with the use of its new parametric product SmartDelay.

SmartDelay is a real-time, parametric product which provides customers with a range of benefits in the event of a flight disruption, for example, providing access to over 1500 airport lounges or alternative benefits such as spa, sleep pods and restaurant discounts for travellers experiencing flight delays. SmartDelay also gives traveller access to Air Doctor, which connects travellers with private doctors and medical advice in destinations where public health services may be overstretched and/or unable to treat international travellers.

This new partnership supports Collinson’s UK and European growth ambitions, allowing the company to underwrite business for World Nomads in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Belgium and Holland, with more to follow.

Greg Lawson, Head of Travel Insurance at Collinson, said: "Given both Collinson and World Nomads are established and respected brands by travellers globally, our collaboration in developing products that deliver above and beyond what today’s travellers demand from their travel insurance, demonstrates our commitment in offering fair value, flexibility and choice. The synergies of our companies make our partnership stronger, given Collinson’s experience as a renowned travel underwriter and World Nomad’s commitment to offer innovative travel insurance. It’s a great time to bring exciting products to the travel market to drive our shared UK and European growth ambitions."

World Nomads’ AMT policy offers comprehensive and cost-effective coverage for frequent international and domestic travellers, allowing for multiple trips within a one-year period under a single policy. Additionally, a higher age limit (up to 69 years) and free coverage for children (aged under 18) when travelling with adult relatives or friends applies, making the AMT policy ideal for multigenerational travel.

Jonathan Frankham, General Manager, UK and Europe, World Nomad, said: "Both the introduction of the AMT product and the integration of Collinson as World Nomads’ new underwriters reflect our unwavering commitment to providing adventurous travellers with the most comprehensive and innovative coverage available. We are thrilled to offer an enhanced travel insurance experience that addresses the unique needs of today's travellers. With features like Air Doctor and SmartDelay, our travellers can tackle today's most common travel challenges with confidence, enjoying seamless access to medical care and luxurious airport lounges during delays."
