BTS will kick off ‘LOVE YOURSELF’ world tour this August, starting its first concert in Seoul.

Big Hit Entertainment released a teaser poster for ‘LOVE YOURSELF’ and an initial schedule for the tour, which includes 22 concerts across 11 cities, spanning Seoul, Canada, England, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and more at midnight today (April 27) at BTS Official Fan Café and their official SNS channels.

‘LOVE YOURSELF’ world tour will open its gates on August 25 and 26 at the Jamsil Olympic Stadium in Seoul.

Following the Seoul concert, and starting in September, BTS will continue their world tour across major cities in North America and Europe, which include Los Angeles, Oakland, Fort Worth, Newark and Chicago in the U.S., Hamilton/Canada, London/U.K, Amsterdam/Netherlands, Berlin/Germany and Paris/France.

Big Hit Entertainment said, “BTS will launch a brand-new tour this year, titled ‘LOVE YOURSELF’, following last year’s success of the ‘Trilogy Episode’ begun in 2014.” The company also added, “We have only released the concert schedule whose dates and venues have been confirmed, and will announce further schedules as they are confirmed later on.”

Last year, BTS successfully completed the 2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR, recording 40 sold-out concerts held across 19 cities.

Meanwhile, BTS will release their third studio album LOVE YOURSELF 轉 ‘Tear’ on May 18. BTS is also set to perform a world television premiere of their new song in Las Vegas when they take the stage at the 2018 BBMAs.

BTS are finally bringing their Love Yourself World Tour to the UK this week.

The K-pop superstars will headline London's Wembley Stadium on June 1-2.

It marks their biggest ever shows in the UK and the first time a Korean act has headlined the iconic London venue.

The group are expected to perform to more than 120,000 fans also known as the BTS Army.

It'll see them perform tracks from their recent EP Map of the Soul: Persona as well as the Love Yourself series including the EP Love Yourself: Her, studio album Love Yourself: Tear and Love Yourself: Answer compilation album.

The tour has previously visited the O2 Arena last October but has been extended into 2019 with dates in the US and South America.

Where and when will the BTS soundcheck take place?

If you were lucky enough to get your hands on VIP tickets to watch the BTS soundcheck then here's all you need to know.

Within the venue of the concert venue, before doors open to the general public - most likely early to mid-afternoon. Exact timings will be notified to you prior to the event and are subject to change, so Live Nation recommend being available all afternoon.

Full instructions and an itinerary for the day will be sent to you via email within three to five days of the event.

Once you arrive to the venue the event staff will present your laminate and lanyard at VIP Nation check-in - everyone in your party must be together on time at check-in and the original purchaser must have photo ID.

The soundcheck will see BTS perform three songs only. There will be no meet and greet packages available nor a Q&A during the soundcheck.

Photography, recording, or taping are strictly prohibited during soundcheck, with video cameras, recording equipment or phones not allowed inside for the soundcheck.

BTS Announces Additional Concert Dates For Sold-Out Stadiums On "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" Tour

Exciting news for BTS fans!

Last month, BTS announced their “ Love Yourself: Speak Yourself ” tour, which will feature shows in world-renowned stadiums in the United States, Sao Paulo, London, Paris, and Japan, with more reportedly to come.

Tickets for the five U.S. and European stadiums — which are the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, Soldier Field in Chicago, Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, Wembley Stadium in London, and Stade de France in Paris — went on sale on March 1 local time, and sold out in impressive time. Notably, BTS became the 12th artist ever and the first Korean artist to sell out Wembley Stadium , and did so in just 90 minutes.

On March 2 local time, BTS announced additional concert dates for all five of these U.S. and European stadium venues, which can be seen on the Tour section of their website . For these new dates, tickets will go on sale on March 8 local time.

Tickets will go on sale at later dates for the group’s concerts at stadiums in Brazil and Japan.

BTS is set to perform in Hong Kong and Bangkok in March and April as a part of their “Love Yourself” world tour, before they continue on with their “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” tour in Los Angeles on May 4.

South Korean pop sensations BTS have announced a string of new dates of their Love Yourself world tour, including London's Wembley Stadium. 

The seven-piece boy band will play the iconic (and huge) venue on June 1. Tickets go on sale on March 1 at 8.30am.

BTS World Tour : Love Yourself is the third worldwide concert tour headlined by the South Korean boy band BTS to promote their Love Yourself series, Love Yourself 'Her' , Love Yourself 'Tear' and Love Yourself 'Answer' . On April 26, 2018, Big Hit Entertainment released a trailer on their official YouTube channel announcing an upcoming world tour. The video revealed an initial schedule of 22 concerts across 11 cities, spanning Seoul to California, Ontario to London, Amsterdam to Paris, with more dates and venues said to be awaiting confirmation. The information was also posted on Big Hit's official website and across all their official social media platforms as well. After news of the world tour broke, multiple hashtags trended worldwide on social media, including the tour's namesake tag – #LOVE_YOURSELF, highlighting the level of anticipation surrounding the event.

Before the international leg of the tour started, Big Hit announced BTS wasn't going to give interviews during the tour, during their American leg they made a couple of exceptions adding two schedules. The first one a conversation with the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles where the group reflected in the message they want to give through music on September 10 and a performance in the popular TV show America's Got Talent thanks to an invitation by the famous model and host Tyra Banks recorded the same day and aired September 12 on NBC.

According to ticket resale site StubHub BTS was one of 2018's best selling concerts in the world, second to only Ed Sheeran. On October 7 it was estimated that BTS sold a total of 790,000 tickets, selling out all current concerts venues and with more dates expected to be added to the tour.

On August 4, Big Hit Entertainment confirmed all 90,000 tickets for the Seoul shows (August 25 and 26) were sold out after the second public sale on August 3. On August 17, it was announced that only from the first two concerts at the Seoul Olympic Stadium in Seoul, BTS was projected to make USD 8.4 Million (KRW 95 Billion) in ticket revenue alone. Dates for nine dome concerts in Japan were announced on July 30 across the group's social media platforms. In Japan, it came in at nineteenth overall for 2018 best selling concerts. In Singapore, tickets sold out in less than four hours.

Tickets went on sale May 5, 2018 for the Newark, Fort Worth, and Los Angeles shows and sold out in seconds. Due to the high demand, an additional date was added to the Los Angeles lineup, with tickets going on sale May 9, 2018. Tickets for the Oakland, Chicago, and Hamilton shows went on sale May 7, 2018. Tickets for the Hamilton shows sold out in just over an hour, with organizers for the Ontario stop, Core Entertainment, revealing they would have sold out faster if not for the strain put on Ticketmaster's online system due to the heavy influx of site traffic, the likes of which had not been seen for any ticketing held before All fourteen stops completely sold out. A fifteenth and final stop of the North American leg, Citi Field in New York, was later announced on August 8, making BTS the first Korean artist to hold a concert at a stadium in the United States. Tickets for the show sold out in under ten minutes. On September 9, Variety announced that BTS, and singer Elton John, were the top touring acts of Fall 2018 in the United States. According to StubHub, BTS entered the "highest-selling act" and "best-selling shows" lists with the "highest-selling average sales per show position". Yahoo Finance revealed that BTS were also the top-selling act and top-selling show artist in Canada for Fall 2018.

The London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Paris stops mark the group's first and biggest European headline shows to date. Tickets went on sale June 1, with the London dates selling out in two minutes, and the Berlin shows selling out in nine minutes.

Critical [ ]

The Love Yourself received positive reviews from critics. For the first concerts in America, local media reported in Los Angeles since the moment fans started to camp outside the Staples Center days ahead the concert. Philip Cosores from Uproxx described BTS' Staples Center 4 night concerts as "Enormous, multi-sensory experience" bringing an "Inclusive" and "Multicultural experience" where music is above any language barrier. Tiffany Taylor from The Hollywood Reporter noted for Billboard News the "Amazing choreography" praising the solo performances and energy of the fans as highlight of the night. Jim Harrington from The Mercury News referred to the Oracle Arena concert on Oakland as "the hottest concert of the year in the Bay Area" noting the solo performances as "witnessing seven individual stars, each of whom could enjoy a successful solo career." For the Chicago show critic Kim Youngdae stated their strengths were the dazzling group displays, the artistry in the solo numbers, and how immersive it was. Crystal Bell from MTV said about the tour, "BTS have created an experience so captivating, so inclusive, and so visually stunning that it’s cemented the boy band as one of the most vital acts in pop music today." The Quietus wrote about the European tour as " The show is about a search for self-identity. After two-and-a-half hours of costume changes, pulsing beats, soaring high notes and the impossible iconic beauty of their videos, BTS walk to the front of the stage in low-key jeans and T-shirts. As they sing the last song, ‘Anpanman’, which is about a new kind of superhero, we realise that their awkwardness and sensitivity is also the source of their strength."

The Denisonian rated the concert ten out of ten, stating the music, visuals, dancing, and fans is what made it a great experience. Vivid Seats named BTS the 2018 artist of the year, citing the group's history-making concert at Citi Field.

Accolades [ ]

The Love Yourself tour was nominated for three awards during ticket sale website Ticketmaster's year-end awards, winning two of them. The Ticket of the Year Award was awarded to BTS following a user poll by Ticketmaster, using a database of roughly 200 million people to determine the most popular touring act of 2018. In addition, BTS was awarded the French ticket of the year award, which pulled from data via French Ticketmaster sales. The tour was also nominated for the "Most Anticipated Event of the Year, 2019" award, but did not receive it. Love Yourself also won grand prize award at the 6th Edaily Culture Awards for Best Concert. The Seoul performances were popular among judges because, according to Kim Eun-koo of Edaily, they "created a new history [for] K-pop". The skill of the performers and popularity of the event were also cited as influences on the decision.

Love yourself tour [ ], speak yourself extension [ ].

BTS World Tour Love Yourself: Speak Yourself is an extension to the Love Yourself world tour, separated under a different name. The extension is slated to start on May 4, 2019 in Pasadena, California and will feature concerts in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, including the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, France, and Japan.

Speak Yourself was first announced on February 19, 2019 through the Big Hit Entertainment YouTube channel, where a spot for the extension was posted. The video featured clips of the BTS members performing, with the title and dates for the tour written on top of them. That same day, Live Nation was revealed as the concert promoter, with tickets sold through Ticketmaster.

Commercial reception [ ]

In North America, tickets sold out for all initial three dates in approximately two and a half hours. The Wembley Stadium stop sold out in 90 minutes and in France tickets sold out in about five and a half hours. Tickets went on sale in Brazil on March 11, 2019. Despite ticket sales website having connecting issues at the time, tickets sold out in 75 minutes. To accommodate demand, additional dates were added to all American, European, and Brazilian dates. The additional European dates sold out the same day they were listed.

According to pop music website PopCrush, the extension had higher first-day sales in the United States and Europe than the Rolling Stones' 2019 tour, which went on sale the same day. BTS are also the first Asian act to sell out the Rose Bowl.

• On October 9, Jungkook was performing while seated at the group’s October 9 concert in London. Following the rehearsal and sound check, Jungkook was lightly stretching in the waiting room when he collided with floor furnishings and suffered an injury to his heel. Medical staff immediately responded and performed the necessary treatment. The opinion of the medical team is that while the injury is not serious, performing choreography may do further damage to the injured area.

What better way to spend your 18th birthday than trying to celeb spot at stk london.

Turning 18 is a big day for any teen and it deserves a celebration. And what better place, I thought, to ring in my son's new adulthood than at STK London, the swanky steakhouse that has become the go-to spot for influencers and celebrities alike? Nestled in the heart of the London theatre town, on the edge of Covent Garden, this nightspot is always cropping up on my social media feeds and who doesn't deserve a night of glitz, glamour, and incredible cocktails on the night they officially become an adult?

We turned up at 7.30pm, just before things really get going at this restaurant-cum-nightclub. The vibe was exciting and a little intimidating as we stepped into the chic, modern interior of STK London. The atmospheric lighting, plush seating, and upbeat music set the perfect tone for a big night out - and within half an hour, the DJ had cranked the volume up and party had officially started!

Known for its blend of a contemporary steakhouse and a vibrant nightlife, this celeb-loved nightspot attracts a clientele that includes some of the most recognisable faces from reality TV and social media (as well as a lot of ladies and gents dressed up to the nines in feather fringed mini dresses and shiny suits). The allure of the restaurant is not just its mouthwatering menu (the steaks are really second to none) but also in its reputation as a hotspot for stars. Regularly frequented by stars from shows like Love Island, as well as other influencers and personalities, the venue offers a unique chance to dine, dance and take selfies alongside the glitterati. And boy do the guests take this seriously! Every other table has a selfie set up that made our jaws drop - tripods, separate flash lights and the best poses in town. You'll be certain to leave STK London with a full belly and and some new social media skills!

Our night began with a warm welcome from the attentive staff, who ensured our party felt like VIPs from the moment we arrived. We were seated at a prime table with a view of the bustling dining area and the DJ booth, where the music kept the energy levels high throughout the evening. 

The food at STK really is exceptional. With branches across the globe, they really know what they're doing with their steaks, and while pricey, they're in a different league to your usual steak restaurant fare. We started with a selection of scrummy starters, including the famous Lil’ BRGs – mini wagyu beef sliders that were as good as they sounded. The Tuna Tartare, delicately presented with avocado and a tangy citrus dressing, was a refreshing contrast to the rich sliders.

For the main course, it was impossible to resist the allure of their rightly-renowned steaks. Accompanied by fries and creamy spinach (and don't forget the mac and cheese), the meal got a clear 10/10. For those looking for something beyond steak, the restaurant offers a variety of options, including a deliciously tender Lobster and an aromatic Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb.

No birthday celebration is complete without dessert - the New York Cheesecake was a hit, but the pièce de résistance was the Junk Chalice. Complete with sparklers and a hearty scoop of ice cream, it was a sweet and festive end to a perfect meal.

Beyond the food, what truly sets STK London apart as a top spot for an 18th birthday celebration is the overall experience. The lively atmosphere, top-notch service, and the thrill of potentially spotting a celebrity made it a really memorable destination. And while we didn't spot any famous folk on our night out, the selfies we got (and the hilarious memories of our older relatives' reactions to the booming music over dinner) made it a night to remember.

Love Island 2024 is kicking off tonight, and the summer series' first episode cannot be missed. So here’s what you need to know about where to watch series 11 of the show.

Love Island is back and the 2024 summer series is already picking up some heat. With a fresh new cast , a new look for the villa and exciting new Hideaway rules, it’s no wonder we’re all looking forward to series 11.

But whilst there is a love of change in the air, one thing remains certain, Maya Jama will be returning to host with a sparkle in her eye and some fabulous fashion adorning her body.

Not only that but the Aftersun will be returning with fan favourites Chris Taylor, Indiyah Polack and Amy Hart joining the panel.

But even if you know what time the show starts and when it’ll finish, that information is useless unless you know where to go! So here’s what you need to know about where to watch 2024’s Love Island series 11.

Where do I watch Love Island 2024?

Love Island series 11 starts at 9 pm on ITV with the first episode airing on Monday, the 3rd of June.

You'll be able to catch the summer series across the ITV board on ITV1, ITV2, ITVX, STV AND STV Player, however, that won't be for all the episodes.

For the rest of the series, episodes will air on ITV2 and ITVX, which is only available to viewers in the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately for international fans or those of you lucky to be on an early summer holiday, you'll need to sort yourself out with some sort of VPN service to access the episodes.

Luckily, there is a way around this so you can watch Love Island no matter where you are in the world.

How do you catch up on Love Island 2024 episodes?

Don't fret if you miss an episode, it's likely to happen with the show airing six nights a week for the next couple of months.

As the episode broadcasts live at 9 pm it will be available to stream on ITVX which is ITV's on-demand streaming platform.
