I'm very happy to have chosen this store , costumer service is awesome, every time I go I feel like at home . La verdad que uno a lo largo de la vida pasa por muchos negocios, pero la verdad es que en este lugar en particular me siento como en casa , no hay problema sin solución para ellos !!! Fantastic service at this LBS in this current era of online bike shops and over seas internet based companies David and Yyvette continue to offer something truly special to customers and truly add awesomeness to the cycling community. This shop is super clean and well organized. Kent offers a great friendly inclussive smile. Five stars all around to this shop from their sales dept to the mechanic department as well. They are smart to stock the essentials while offering the convenience of fast shipping should one need anything physically not in the store. Their product satisfaction guarantee with their bontrager products is industry leading: a real no risk customer satisfaction guarantee no questions ask within a very reasonable time frame. So very happy with the company as a whole and very happy with this shop in Winter Garden.

Replaced my wife's broken bicycle tire spoke. They were very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely seek they out for all my biking needs in the future.

I went to David's looking for an axle nut and a clip for my grandson's bicycle. Kent could not have been nicer. He stopped what he was doing as soon as I came in the door, then patiently listened to my story about the lost parts. He immediately took the comparison parts I had brought and began to look for replacements. After a diligent search, Kent retuned with a clip that, due to a slight axle diameter difference, wasn't an exact fit bit would work. Unfortunately no exact fit for the nut was available. Kent sent me on my way with advice about where to look for the axle nut that was needed and with no charge for the clip. He said it came out of their spare parts. His kindness was a bright spot so early in the morning and provided that rare glimpse of great customer service which seems to be fading away today. When we are in the market for new bicycles I see us returning to David's.

I have had nothing but great experiences with David's World in Winter Garden. My first experience was this past summer when I was visiting from out of state. The staff was very curteous and helpful, and they helped me navigate some tough decisions after the chain stay on my old Madone cracked. I have done some more business with them since then even from out of state and the staff have been amazing. I've felt respected and well taken care of every time I have dealt with DW in Winter Garden.

David's World of Winter Garden is the store to go, recently bought a Trek Madone Project One at another Trek store the bike developed a drive train noise, took the bike several times to the place I bought the bike to have it fix with no luck. Edgardo from the Winter Garden store took the time to diagnose the bike and after process of elimination Edgardo was able to pin point the problem. I am very please with the repairs and the level of professionalism that the hole crew offered me. I will recommend David's World Cycle of Winter Garden to everyone.

My husband took his bike for repairs to this shop. They have a nice array of high quality bikes and gear. While we didn't have the type of bike that is sold in the shop, the associates treated us with just as much respect as if we did have one of their bikes. We were able to get his bike repaired at a reasonable cost as well as get a very quick service time.

I just bought my second carbon bicycle here. Colin and Julio did a terrific job. They really know their stuff. And there are no high-pressure tactics. Thanks guys!

Just bought our second bike from David's. Colin and Julio were terrific.

Had a great experience with the crew at David's for my recent repair needs. I was heading out on a trip and needed to have some fenders put on. As expected, I waited until the last minute to take care of this and the folks at DWC took care of me. They ordered the fenders and parts for my bike based on the numbers I gave them (from the Trek website) but I must have pulled the wrong part number, they didn't fit. Instead of making it my problem the crew went to one of their nearby stores and got the right size fenders and got them installed before I had to leave. Thanks for the help guys!!

Wow!!!! What great customer service.. I have been to 3 pumps and none worked to put air in my kids bike.. This sweet lady Maddi came to the rescue. She came outside to help me fill it up with air bc my kids were in the car.. She went above and beyond!!! Thank you..
