Administrative Coordinator We’re seeking an enthusiastic Administration Coordinator to join our team and take charge of facilities oversight and coordination, infusing our workplace with efficiency and vitality. As a key member of our Administration function, you’ll help to ensure seamless operations and champion administrative activities, policies, and best practices. Your role will be pivotal as you assist to onboard new employees, liaise with internal teams, and ensure that our departmental goals and mission are achieved.

Grants Manager Travel Oregon is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead and administer our competitive and matching grants programs, as well as other funding initiatives. In this role, you will use your cultural competence and exceptional communication skills to design and enhance our programs, ensuring they effectively support and uplift communities across the state.

Stewardship Investments Manager The Stewardship Investments Manager oversees matching grants and other funding programs, creating equitable funding initiatives that support strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing funding programs, including the creation of guidelines, managing the application, review, and awards process, and tracking projects from disbursement to final reporting. This role ensures compliance with laws, fosters goodwill, and strengthens Oregon’s tourism industry. The position includes administering the Oregon Wine Country License Plates Matching Grants Program and the Oregon Wine Country License Plates Tourism Promotion Program.

Brand Services Coordinator The Brand Services Coordinator supports activities that promote Oregon as an ideal destination to a variety of audiences by providing programmatic and administrative support to the brand services. The person in this position offers a variety of specialized support and coordination that enable efficient brand stewardship services activities, including assisting and/or coordinating project activities related to international sales projects, departmental portfolio management, creative services, advertising, and industry partner marketing projects. This role serves as a liaison to internal teams and external domestic and international partners as well as assistance to ensure the department’s goals and mission are achieved.

Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager supports the agency’s fiscal operations by performing a variety of functions by managing the day-to-day accounting activities and systems and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.  This position is also responsible for financial reporting and providing oversight to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Payroll.  Additionally, this role prepares and assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting controls, ensures accounting policies are followed, optimizes accounting processes and platforms, and responds to accounting-related inquiries.

Description

Social Worker LCSW - Providence Portland Medical Center, Oregon. This is a part-time on call day shift.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.

Required qualifications:

Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License Or

Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

2 years Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year All EMPL's: Care Management: Experience in acute care settings.
