At 5.5” wider per side and 1” forward for extra tire to firewall clearance this kit achieves 15+ inches of wheel travel while keeping cv angles in check. Clears up to 37” tires. Axles are heat treated 300m material, mated to OEM cv joints, rebuilt and re-booted for hassle free installation.  

Kit ships raw metal so installer can add shock tabs, limit strap tabs, etc.

Camburg is working on UCA’s! Hoping this means king or fox is coming out with OEM replacement coilovers & shocks... and that camburg slides down the slippery slope into doing a full LT kit LOL.

Kibbetech is waiting on receipt of the 5th gen CAD model to check frame dims to see if there are enough similarities to potentially fit their current (4th gen) race kit on the 5th gens. Its possible that one of these companies is working with FCA on the TRX suspension. We haven’t seen any evidence of wider long travel geometry in any of the leaked TRX test mule photos. Anyone have any news on long/mid travel kits for our trucks? I'm still not seeing anything out there from Dirt King, Baja Kits, etc... I know King and a few other big name companies have coilover kits out now. Not gonna lie, I've been waiting for the reveal of the TRX in hopes I would order one, but I cant justify the $90k build.. So, I guess I'm ready to make a move and build my Rebel. Another thought, what do y'all think the chances are of being able to purchase the whole TRX suspension set up for our 1500's? Possibly complete bolt on....possibly overpriced...

Ram 1500 - Long Travel Suspension (12"+)

I am trying to look around and see if I can find a kit for a long travel suspension for my 2014 4x4 Ram. I want to run 35" tire and have the track extended 3-5" and dont mind about replacing the front / rear fenders as I know thats the name of the game. I am looking for 12"+ of suspension travel and will be using Airbags for daily driving and if I ever decide to tow anything on short trips. Has anybody turned their trucks into a pre-runner / Ram Runner? I have seen the kit / modification that is required to setup the truck as a "Ram-Runner" but that is to the tune of $13k from Mopar. I just cant stand a lifted truck that has a stiffer suspension and less travel than a lowered mustang! Thanks!  

Do a body lift and run 35s with your existing suspension. Very inexpensive too or do it right for $13k.

In Russia, all roads lead to Moscow , on account of the city's status as the national capital and its importance throughout history. If geography were the deciding factor, however, the Siberian city of Omsk would be the point where all Russia's roads converge—it's located literally in the heart of the country, approximately as far from Vladivostok as it is from the Belarusian border. Orthodox architecture never gets old, even if you've been traveling in Russia for a long time. This is particularly the case when it comes to the Assumption Cathedral of Omsk, whose gold-and-turquoise domes look resplendent under the blue skies that bless Omsk during the warmer months of the year. The cathedral was built in 1891 under the orders Nicholas, the last Tsar of Russia.

The bad news? Much of what was once Omsk Fortress is now a residential area, with the only notable landmark that still stands being Tobolsk Gate (think Paris' Arc de Triomphe , but yellow and smaller). The good news? There's essentially no reason for a military fortification to exist in today's peaceful Omsk, which means you can stroll amid parks and cafés and imagine the area being war-torn—a small sacrifice to make in exchange for not being blown to bits.

Although the building that houses Omsk District Museum of Visual Arts is unmistakably Russian, the collection you find inside is surprisingly eclectic for a city deep in Russia's interior. Recent collections have included a revival of Van Gogh's great works, among others. This is a particularly enjoyable Omsk attraction on cold winter days, when temperatures can drop far below freezing and sunshine can be rare.

Lenin Street's name is appropriate: Although it's the high street of a city thousands of miles from Moscow, the European-style architecture and cosmopolitan vibe you feel as you stroll past its boutique and cafés evokes the capital of Russia more than its forlorn interior. Local specialties you can purchase here include rustic jams made from local berries (and even, in some shops, cedar cones), as well as handmade rugs from Kazakhstan, which sits just south of Omsk.

Speaking of unique Siberian food, it's not just preserves made from the fruits of evergreen trees. Omsk is a great place to discover the flavors of Russia's wild interior, whether you eat zagutai and stroganini (Siberia's take on sushi) or classic Russian plmeni dumplings filled with decidedly Siberian ingredients, such as bear and rabbit meat. Vkusno ! (That's Russian for "delicious"!)

Enjoy Historical Houses—While You Still Can

The wooden houses that line Nikolskiy Prospekt aren't protected, but they should be. Historical structures that are unfortunately in a state of disrepair, these houses are slated for demolition at some unspecific point in the future. Be sure to catch a glimpse of these historical house before they're gone. There will, however, be at least one left standing for a long time. The Omsk State Art Museum is in a traditional wooden house.

Omsk State Circus is a popular spot for local families, whose children love the opportunity to see acrobatic performances and animals that wouldn't otherwise make appearance in Siberia. If you do attend a show here, keep in mind that ethics with regard to animal treatment might not match up with those in North America or Western Europe, to say nothing of the smell that can pervade the auditorium during and even after a show.

Be a Drama Queen

While there's no guarantee that any shows will be playing at Omsk Drama Theater at the time of your trip, a visit to this 19th century building is a spectacle in and of itself. While not as huge, say, as Moscow's Bolshoi Theatre, it's nonetheless an ornate architectural wonder that hearkens back to a glorious time in history. The interior of the theater is even open during the daytime; ask the person who's inside if any tours are available when you turn up.

Explore Cities Deeper in Siberia

Siberia starts in Omsk, even if you can't continue far into it. If you don't plan to travel on the Trans-Siberian Railway, take one of two day trips from Omsk. Travel to Tobolsk, whose hilltop Kremlin is one of the most picturesque in all of Russia, and whose beauty inspired a photo by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev that ended up winning several awards. Or visit Tomsk, where you'll find a botanical garden dedicated to Siberian flora, and a museum that celebrates wooden architecture.

Ride the Trans-Siberian Railway

The idea of leaving Omsk behind can seem difficult, especially now that you've gotten to know this city in the heart of Siberia as well as you have. The mint-colored facade of Omsk Railway Station will make you smile, however, even if you're crying inside as you depart. Though it's not quite on the mid-line of the Trans-Siberian route between Moscow and Beijing , Omsk is a worthy starting place to begin a journey to either. If you head east make sure to stop in Irkutsk , the home of Lake Baikal and another underrated Siberian city.

 Description

The Dirt King long travel kit was developed to drastically improve the vehicles off-road handling without compromising its day to day driving characteristics. This suspension system allows for 12” of travel and accepts up to a 37” tire. The kit is compatible with 2WD models and 4WD models along with the purchase of extended axle shafts. We upgraded the ball joints to heavy duty Moog joints for maximum strength and increased articulation . The lower arms have recessed shock mounting allowing 8" coil overs to fit without any modifications. This kit is CAD designed, thoroughly tested, and 100% made in America resulting in a product we’re proud to put our name on!

Options This suspension system allows for several different options to suit your needs. The 2.5” x 8” coil over can be installed with one of the following options, sway bar, bump stops, or bypass shocks. We offer a sway bar kit that adapts our long travel kit to work with the factory sway bar. This will give the vehicle similar on road driving characteristics to stock with minimal sacrifice to the suspension systems performance. The next option is installing bump stops. They will help dampen hard impacts and are cost effective but on the other hand are often noisy. The last option is most commonly used. Adding bypass shocks will fine tune the damping throughout the suspension cycle. They are also completely adjustable to perfect the ride quality. 

Shocks For the best performance and to achieve the full amount of travel you must purchase our spec built coil over shocks or have them custom built based on our shock spec sheet. In addition, our long travel kit is tabbed to accommodate bypass shocks.  The bypass shocks will allow for superior suspension dampening and tunability. To mount the bypasses we offer a weld on bypass shock hoop kit (DK-631910) that can be purchased separately. The bypass shock hoop kit requires welding and modifications to the frame. You have the option of installing 2.5” diameter by 8” stroke bypass shocks or 3.0” diameter by 8” stroke bypass shocks.

Wheel Travel When shopping long travel kits many consumers tend to focus just on travel numbers. This is the reason many companies claim inaccurate numbers or don’t disclose the amount of work involved to achieve these numbers. Our goal is to build a suspension system with the highest amount of wheel travel without requiring major modifications to the vehicle or compromising its overall drivability.

Tire Info When installing 37” tires with this kit you must modify the wheel wells to avoid contact at full bump. We have solved this problem by developing complete bolt on front wheel wells for proper tire clearance. The firewall pinch weld will also need to be folded over to clear the 37” tires.

Shipping & Delivery Dirt King ships their products within the United States and Internationally. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders that exceed $500 require a signature confirmation. On bulk orders contact Dirt King for a freight quote. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.

Damaged or Missing Parts In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with Dirt King. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to [email protected] containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products.

While every precaution is taken there could be a case where you are missing parts. If this happens please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, list of missing parts, photo of the package or packages, and a photo of the quality control tag located on the back of the box.

If the shipping carrier losses your package please contact Dirt King. A claim will be filled with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over this situation and must wait for the carrier to process the claim.

Freight Shipping The customer must contact Dirt King to arrange for freight shipping. Dirt King will palletize the order and the customer can deal directly with the freight carrier if preferred. The shipment can be delivered to a home or business. The customer must be present for the delivery to inspect and sign for the package. Before signing confirm that you received all items listed on the packing slip and nothing is damaged. If you receive damaged parts or are missing parts leave a note on the bill of landing and sign it. Make sure the driver is aware of the situation and signs your copy of the bill of landing with the noted damages or missing parts. Once you have taken possession of the package file a claim with Dirt King by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, copy of your bill of landing, and photos of the damaged items or list of missing parts. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products. Dirt King will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days.
• Product must have been purchased from us and not a dealer.
• A 3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
• On shipped orders   a 7% restocking fee and a  3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
• Products such as bumpers, hitches, and bed cages that have optional powder coat added are subject to a 7% restocking fee and a 3% processing fee. If the order is canceled before the product is powder coated then the 7% restocking fee can be waived.
• On shipped orders we are not responsible for return shipping or refunding the original shipping amount.
• Parts must be returned in the original package and condition as they were sent.
• No returns on items that have been damaged or installed.
• Refund will be issued once the parts have been received and inspected.
• Custom products are non refundable.
• Crypto orders will be refunded the same coin amount that was paid originally.

All products sold or manufactured by Dirt King are intended for off-road use only. Our products are strictly engineered and tested and are not to be modified from their original design in any way. Welding should always be done at a qualified and certified facility only. Customer assumes all liability in assuring that parts are installed correctly, maintained, and not modified or altered in any way. Dirt King is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that may occur from the use of any products offered. Suspension modifications may change the dynamics and stability characteristics of the vehicle. Ensuring prompt wheel alignment and ADAS recalibration after suspension modifications is critical and the sole responsibility of the customer.

Dirt King Fabrication's rear long travel kit for the 2009-2018 Ram 1500 was developed to be paired with Dirt King's front long travel kit.

The kit was developed to achieve the same goal as the front suspension, drastically improve the vehicles off-road handling without compromising its day to day driving characteristics. This kit allows for 12.5” of travel when paired with the rear Dirt King spec shocks.

SHIPPING POLICY There is a chance that your cart will display no shipping charges. Certain items populate a standard shipping rate, others are advertised as free shipping to the lower 48, and others (often multiple parts or larger orders) may not show a rate. There is nothing more to do on your end if it is free or flat-rate shipping. If your order does require a shipping cost/option, our shipping department will determine the shipping charges, and we will email you the cost/options for your order to ship out. Once you receive that email, there will be a link to pay for the charges, or you can cancel the order and be fully refunded.

OFFERS OF FREE SHIPPING: All free ground shipping offers only apply to shipping addresses in the continental United States. This notification will appear above the product information and on the cart page.

FLAT RATE GROUND SHIPPING: Some products have a standard ground shipping policy if you require the product faster, please notify us in the notes section during checkout.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER: If shipping costs need to be calculated/added, you will be emailed with an updated link to your order. Your updated order will include your order's shipping costs and be your original order with the letter "A" at the end. While checking for updates on your order, please add an "A" to the end of your order number, as your order number without the "A" will show canceled since it has been superseded.

FIBERGLASS SHIPPING POLICY: Our shipping department takes the same time and effort in packaging your products as our engineers do in designing them. However, damage can still occur in shipping. Most of these damaged items can be easily repaired during install and or in paint prep. If this is not the case, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as SDHQ from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. The buyer must notify SDHQ of any damages within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to SDHQ and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. SDHQ, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

POWDER COATED ROCK SLIDERS SHIPPING POLICY: While we pack with care, we advise against shipping powder-coated sliders due to the risk of scuffs/scratches during transit. Any shipping-related damage isn't covered by SDHQ.

GOOSE GEAR SHIPPING POLICY: All Goose Gear products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding the unique nature of our custom manufacturing process.

RETURNS: Some items may be eligible to be returned if returned as new within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. If eligible for return, the return amount will be for store credit. There are NO returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. Freight is nonrefundable. Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.
