Posto unico che a una situazione davvero indimenticabile unisce una cucina gustosissima, in aggiunta lo splendido mare e promontorio sotto.

Posto unico nel su aspetto,divertente e accogliente. Comunque offre del buon cibo con un’ ampia scelta. Calamari e sardine alla griglia da non perdere!

Bar molto particolare con posti a sedere “diffusi” tra le frasche e la vegetazione. Molto gettonato, aspettatevi una lunga fila in alta stagione.

Il locale è davvero unico, stra particolare, bello; non do 5 stelle perché è troppo affollato, si fa troppa fila, le birre sono da 33 (mai visto in Croazia), ma resterà nella mia memoria sicuramente! Abbiamo mangiato bene, mi sono divertita sull' altalena, e poi... è inserito in uno scenario strepitoso. Sicuramente da visitare, magari non a cavallo di ferragosto come noi Altro

Locale pittoresco e molto particolare, con un buon servizio solare, genuino e cordiale. Prezzi tutto sommato buoni, vista la collocazione.

Per arrivare nel bar bisogna entrare nel parco ed indipendentemente dall’orario e dalla permanenza devi pagare 15 euro. La strada è sterrata e il pomeriggio molto trafficata. Il locale è molto caotico, non c’è vista. I tavoli sono tutti coperti da verde e fronde. C’è... poca aria. Cibo molto buono però. Non si vede il tramonto dal locale. Altro

Il bar è bello ed estremamente caratteristico con tavoli da ping pong in legno, scivoli per bambini in legno, capanne e tavoli tutti diversi ma richiamanti lo stesso stile primitivo. È completamente all’ombra perché si distende letteralmente in mezzo ad una foresta che sfocia su... Capo Promontore, la punta più a Sud della regione. Bisogna pagare 15€ di biglietto per entrare nel Parco Nazionale e la strada da fare per raggiungerlo non è delle migliori perché è totalmente sterrata, ma è un parco nazionale ed è giusto che sia così. siamo capitati per caso al bar safari mentre tornavamo su dalla spiaggia kolumbarica. siamo rimasti subito sbalorditi dalla particolarità del luogo, davvero unico! civapcici tradizionali e buoni, sangria ottima. consiglio soprattutto per la particolarità del bar diffuso sotto la vegetazione di premantura!

Ristorante all’interno della penisola di Kamenjak, provato per caso dopo una mattinata di mare stupendo. Mi aspettavo un piccolo bar con panini e poco altro, invece mi sono trovato in un locale incastonato perfettamente nella natura che lo circonda. Tavoli e sedie rustiche tutti all’ombra,... diversi tra loro e bellissimi. Area giochi per chi ha bambini e Dog Bar per chi porta il proprio cane. Menù con specialità del posto come Ćevapčići, calamari e sarde alla griglia, formaggi locali e olive. Tutto strabuono fa far invidia ai ristoranti. Safari Bar is a very unique place positioned in a beatiful nature park. The view in front of the restaurant is mesmerizing. Food was amazing, we ate calamari sandwich, olives with cheese and onion in olive oil and drank sangria. 10/10

I accidentally found this place and I was never as excited as in that moment when I entered the "bar". This place is anything but a typical bar. It is more of a jungle heaven. Safar bar is at the very end of the park.... To enter the park you have to pay a fee for the car which depends on the season. More

Safari bar is one of the most amazing and weird places I have ever been made in safari style with Istrian flavor. It offers shadow when it’s needed the most on the rocky beach without trees throughout sunny day. Food was ok and affordable and... staff was kind. They offer home made ice tea and lemonade which was also very good. If you visit cape Kamenjak, go to Safari bar. You wont regret. More

The so-called burgers consists of two things: the main meat gyros, calamari, whatever and onions. So many onions. The only good thing about the cevapcici was the bread, the cevapcici itself tasted really cheap (it was not cheap). The only beer they served was in... a can, one size, one brand. About the payment, you can only pay with kuna, no euro, no credit or debit card. We only ate here, because there were no other options, I suggest you do the same. More

There are no covid measures, it is uncomfortable to wait for the food to be ready because the service il slow and there are too many people at the counter. Also, eating beside the playground for children (especially the slope)is annoying and makes you want... to leave because of the noise. Even though the food was good the overall experience was disappointing and I will not be coming back. More

Wouldn’t recommend to visit during Covid-19 Pandemic. There aren’t any precautionary mesures. The Staff wears masks inappropriately or not at all. The costumers sit in close vicinity to each other. Tables aren’t wiped nor disinfected. Toilets don’t have a sink. No disinfectant on the perimeter... and worst of all there isn’t a single sign about Covid. Shocking and uncomfortable. Nice burgers though. I hope the owner has a change of heart with measures. More

This bar is really exceptional and unique. It is located at the inclination ranging from the parking lot down to the beach. The seating is distributed all along the small hill under nice trees and bushes so that you can have both shadow and a... nice view of the seaside while having drinks and food. All the dishes which we ordered were really excellent. This bar is an absolute must for everyone who is in Premantura national park. I strongly recommend this location. More

Simply as that: The food was not good. Cannot understand the hype around the place. It does have a good location and it is well built, but as far as it concerns the food it was poor. Sorry to say this, because it is a... nice place to sit at. More

Fantastic beach bar with a Flinstones concept and best calamares ever and sangria to go with it. Personnel did not change for 20 years and is great just like the Robinson Crusoe boss of the beach bar. Perfect place in a perfect setting. Very original... concept. More

If you like driving through the desert storm-like conditions, only to end up in a stinky, unhygienic and dark place, this is the perfect bar for you. Sounds good on paper, until you actually see it with your own eyes. Oh, and avoid the toilets... at all cost. More

Unique beach bar. Really nice decoration, not so spacy and there is no option for vegetatians/vegans.

Whilst the bar is undeniably well made and stunningly beautiful, the utter lack of any covid-19 protection concept whatsoever is deeply shocking.

First of all: this is not the bar to blame, but the road.... We used bikes, not to recommand. Rocks, holes in the road, dusty... The bar has low roofs made of grass and wood, and many private areas. Fun and unexpected. Playgrounds for the... children. A little waterbar for dogs. Also a place to fille waterbotles, if you have a few hours to spend on a really slow crane. Food and drinks: a long line, but fairly effektive. Food came in a few minutes. Streetfood, gyros really good. This kind of food will never be worth much for me, but was on top of that kind of food. The sealine was ok, fun for the children. We found that there is a "bus/train on wheels" going from senter of Prementura, use it! Its the easiest way to get there. But: if you do not have to jump from cliffs (Great place to do that) or children who wants to go to a playground, stop ten minutes before, at Skoljic. More

We had lunch at this bar as it was the only one open and was half way on our route. Great gyropitta and homemade lemonade. Really unusual theme going on, with bamboo, etc., most unusual and novel. Please attend to toilets......

Die Safari Bar ist wunderschön am Meer in dem Naturschutzgebiet Premantura gelegen, von wo man auch super baden gehen kann. Die Limonade, die man aus einem Hahnen herauslassen kann und das Calamari Essen sind einfach zu köstlich um wahr zu sein, unbedingt probieren!!! Wir hatten... eine sehr schöne Zeit dort! Mehr

Angebot ist gut und lecker. Aber wenn man von der Natur ins Halligalli kommt, ist die Landung etwas hart. Aber wer Hunger hat - wie wir - der ist gut aufgehoben. In der Hochsaison wohl eher sehr überfüllt

Urige Lokation. Gut besucht. Dschungelathmosphäre. Die besten Calamares von Istrien gegessen. Sangria auch zu empfehlen. Etwas laut dafür aber lebendig.

Wohl ein Muss für Pula-Besucher. 15,- Eintritt in den Naturpark, dann 9 Km Übelste Staubstrasse um dort hin zu kommen. Die Bar ist nett und chillig, die Preise dort günstig. Man kann dort Baden und Klippenspringer bewundern. Am Njive Beach auf dem Rückweg fanden wir... es schöner und nicht so voll. Gibt auch ne Bar dort. Mehr

Sehr witziges Ambiente und ziemlich voll. Die Cevapcici waren allerdings super schlecht. Gummiartige Konsistenz und ziemlich geschmacklos. Wir haben danach erst mal einen Schnaps am nächsten Kiosk gebraucht. Die hausgemachte Limo war ok - Wasser mit Zitronengeschmack und Zucker ohne Kohlensäure.

Extrem versteckt und wird, wenn man im Schilfwald ist, immer weitläufiger. tolle Idee. Preis/Leistung gut, da Geschützes Gebiet. Die Oliven und Gyros waren super. Durfte auch vom Sangria kosten - echt gut. Wenn ihr in der Nähe seid, dann müsst ihr dorthin.

Durch eine Freund auf diese Bar aufmerksam geworden. Da wir schon recht früh vor Ort waren, hab’s als Frühstück gegrillte Sardinen Dieter Oliven mit Käse 😋. Den ganzen Tag dann an verschiedenen Stränden verbracht und das es uns so gut gefiel, einen letzten Happen vor... der Heimfahrt. Da wir etwas länger auf unsere Bestellung warten mussten, gabs ( ohne Aufforderung!!!) noch eine extra Sandwich auf Kosten des Hauses- sehr nett. Die Kinder waren in der Wartezeit gut beschäftigt und wir hatten einen super Blick aufs Meer. Einen Punkt muss ich leider abziehen: In der heutigen Zeit und bei der Location noch Kunststoff Geschirr/Besteck zu verwenden ist eigentlich nicht in Ordnung. Mehr

Eine tolle Überraschung! Coole Lokation. Empfehlenswert . Wir wollten nur zum Strand und dann an der Bar etwas trinken. Waren dann total positiv überrascht was die Safari Bar alles anbietet!

Das muss man schon gesehen haben. Einfach eine tolle Idee und eine perfekte Lokation. Die Bar liegt kompl. unter Bambus und beherbergt einige Sitzplätze in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen sowie eine Möglichkeit, etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Einfach gut gemacht und immer einen Besuch wert! Ich... komme garantiert wieder! Mehr

Couldn't wait for my yearly visit and Kalamari burger but was I disappointed when I saw it was served in lepinja bread instead of burger one like they use to do it. The taste just wasn't the same. Otherwise we had also čevapčiči which were great as usual and so was the atmosphere. Get the burger bread back 😊

Die kultige Safari Bar am Kap Kamenjak mitten im Naturpark Premantura war eins unserer Highlights in Istrien ! Ganz am Ende des südlichen Zipfels von Istrien gelegen, überraschte sie uns total. Das war mehr, als wir erwartet hatten.

Keine standardmäßige Coca-Cola-Vitrine, keine Fast-Food-Gerichte, sondern frisch zubereitetes gutes Essen und Wein oder Bier zu absolut fairen Preisen , (z.B. 1 Liter Wein für 100 kn, ein leckerer Calamari-Burger für 35 kn). Dazu ein superfreundlicher und schneller Service (z.B. Amalia), eine liebevoll hergerichtete schattige Bar mit verwunschenen Winkeln, romantischen Sitzecken mit Ausblicken aufs Meer durch Bambushecken, Schilf und Prunkwinden. Daneben von der Natur umwucherte ausgediente Fahrräder und eine kleine Anrichte.

Überall selbstgebaute Schaukeln, ein Karussell, eine Rutschbahn mit Massagefunktion, Bullaugen an einen Pfahl montiert, eine Lagerfeuerstelle, Tischtennisplätze, strohgedeckte Sonnenschirme und viele andere entdeckenswerte Gerätschaften und Spiele, an denen nicht nur Kinder ihren Spaß haben.

Und dann der fantastische Blick auf den Strand Plaža Mala Kolumbarica mit dem Cliff Jump in der Sonne und auf das glitzernde Meer … so stellen wir uns eine perfekte Beach Bar vor!

Wir dachten zunächst, hier hätten sich hippe Youngster eine coole Geschäftsidee einfallen lassen, um an diesem Strand viel Geld zu verdienen. Als wir aber die Besitzer Vladimir und seine Tochter Eva kennenlernten, zeigte sich ein ganz anderes, viel sympathischeres Bild:

Denn die Safari Bar hat eine ganz andere, eigene Geschichte:

1993 wollte sich Vladimir , der heutige Besitzer, nach jahrzehntelanger, harter Arbeit u.a. im Bergwerk und als Kellner in der Schweiz, einfach nur ein eigenes kleines Stück Land weit weg von Menschen und Menschenmassen kaufen, um friedlich und im Einklang mit der Natur zu leben.

Er stellt seinen Wohnwagen auf und baut sich einen Tisch und eine Bank aus dem Material, das vom Meer angeschwemmt wurde. Freunde und Bekannte besuchen ihn und freuen sich mit ihm über dieses kleine Paradies. Einer der Freunde rät ihm, doch hier eine kleine Bar aufzumachen und Getränke und etwas zu Essen zu verkaufen.

Bald darauf erhält er eine Konzession, allerdings muss er für Strom und alles Weitere selbst sorgen. Stück für Stück erweitert er gemeinsam mit seiner Tochter Eva , die ihn unterstützt, den Bereich um die Bar, sie bauen eine Schaukel mit extra breitem Sitz, um auch Erwachsenen das Gefühl ihrer Kindheit wiederzubringen, gerade weil Vladimir, wie uns Eva erzählt, keine eigene Kindheit hatte, sondern schon mit 11 Jahren arbeiten musste, um seine Familie durchzubringen.

Nach und nach entstand so eine Art Abenteuerspielplatz für kleine und große Kinder, und gleichzeitig auch ein  romantisches, kleines Paradies .

18 meist junge Mitarbeiter

Inzwischen können 18 Mitarbeiter von der Safari Beach Bar leben, manche sind schon seit über 20 Jahren dabei, was in der Gastronomieszene eine absolute Seltenheit darstellt.

Vladimir möchte mit seiner Safari Beach Bar Freude verbreiten , denn, wie er sagt, “nur in der Freude liegt Schönheit, und alles ist Sehnsucht nach Schönheit!” Dazu hat er auch ein kleines Heft mit Gedichten und Gedanken über das Leben, die Wahrheit, die Schönheit, die Liebe und die Freude herausgebracht; einzelne Auszüge zieren die Tabletts , auf denen serviert wird.

Auf Nachhaltigkeit wird viel Wert gelegt

Aufgrund der Gefahr von Glasscherben am Strand kann die Bar leider nur Plastikgeschirr ausgeben, daher wird viel Wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt. Überall sind mit Bambus verkleidete Mülleimer verteilt, die den Müll getrennt aufnehmen. Leider hält sich nicht jeder Gast daran, deswegen gehen die Kellner immer wieder herum und sammeln den Abfall ein, auch achtlos weggeworfene Zigarettenstummel.

Schön wäre es, meint Eva seufzend, wenn jeder Gast das ebenso halten würde, und die Natur und den herrlichen Strand sauberhalten würde.

Ein kleines Manko sind allerdings die Toiletten, die vom örtlichen Entsorgungsunternehmen gerade in der Vorsaison nicht so häufig geleert werden, wie es sein sollte. Eva gestand ein, dass das ein großes Problem sei, an dessen Lösung sie gerade arbeiten.

“Safari in Istria” Review of Safari Bar

Safari bar is one of the most amazing and weird places I have ever been made in safari style with Istrian flavor. It offers shadow when it’s needed the most on the rocky beach without trees throughout sunny day. Food was ok and affordable and staff was kind. They offer home made ice tea and lemonade which was also very good. If you visit cape Kamenjak, go to Safari bar. You wont regret.

Simply as that: The food was not good. Cannot understand the hype around the place. It does have a good location and it is well built, but as far as it concerns the food it was poor. Sorry to say this, because it is a nice place to sit at.

There are no covid measures, it is uncomfortable to wait for the food to be ready because the service il slow and there are too many people at the counter. Also, eating beside the playground for children (especially the slope)is annoying and makes you want to leave because of the noise. Even though the food was good the overall experience was disappointing and I will not be coming back.

Wouldn’t recommend to visit during Covid-19 Pandemic. There aren’t any precautionary mesures. The Staff wears masks inappropriately or not at all. The costumers sit in close vicinity to each other. Tables aren’t wiped nor disinfected. Toilets don’t have a sink. No disinfectant on the perimeter and worst of all there isn’t a single sign about Covid. Shocking and uncomfortable. Nice burgers though. I hope the owner has a change of heart with measures.

Whilst the bar is undeniably well made and stunningly beautiful, the utter lack of any covid-19 protection concept whatsoever is deeply shocking.
