Jonas Brothers announce 50 new dates to their tour: How to get tickets

Jonas Brothers are going global!

On July 27, Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas announced  on Instagram  that they’ve added more than 50 dates to their tour, which kicks off this August in New York City. The added dates include 26 new shows across North America and 27 in Northern Island, Australia, Munich and more.

The Instagram announcement of The Tour extension features a video of the brothers playfully yelling that they want more.

“You heard us… we want MORE!” the caption for the post reads. “We added additional dates for THE TOUR in Australia, Europe and the US. For all North American shows you can now register for Verified Fan until July 31st at 10PM ET at jonasbrothers.com for your chance to purchase tickets!”

In May, the “Waffle House” singers announced they would take their latest collection, “The Album,” on the road for The Tour and perform five albums every night. Kicking off on Aug. 12 at Yankee Stadium in New York City, the trio’s extension means they will perform over 90 shows across 20 countries.

Pop group Lawrence is set to open for the brothers for all of the shows in North America.

Tickets are expected to be in high demand and, as a result, will be available through Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale. North American Verified Fans can register at this link starting July 31 at 10 p.m. ET. Those selected will be able to participate in the Verified Fan presale starting Aug. 3.

Starting Aug. 4, fans will have access to a limited amount of tickets to purchase during the general sale at jonasbrothers.com .

For folks in Europe, presale is Aug. 2 and general sale is Aug. 4. Fans in Australia and New Zealand have a presale Aug. 4 and general sale Aug. 8. More information is on jonasbrothers.com .

The Jonas Brothers Have Announced A Massive North America Arena And Stadium Tour For This Summer

Ahead of their new album arriving later this month, the Jonas Brothers have unveiled a massive Five Albums, One Night arena and stadium tour that will span North America starting this summer.

After doing a brief Broadway residency , some surprise Los Angeles shows , and announcing two nights at NYC’s Yankee Stadium, which will double as the tour’s opening nights, the band will also be playing cities from August to mid-October.

Fans can register for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program for a special code until May 6, and then the presale will be held on May 9. Citi cardholders and Verizon users also have the opportunity to access tickets through company presales starting on May 10.

The Jonas Brothers surprised us all in 2019 when they announced their reunion and new song after a six year hiatus. The Jo Bros have been on two tours since the band got back together. They went on the Happiness Begins Tour from August 2019 to February 2020, and the Remember This Tour from August to December 2021. And now they're back again, besties!

"Later this year there will be a tour," Nick said.

When Kelly asked about the band's new music, he said, "Yeah. So, the album is done. We are very excited about it. And we're kind of in that planning moment. Planning the campaign, the album, the single, like, all the things."

Kelly had the sweetest response, saying, "The thing I love about your band as well is that I also love y’all separately. I loved the projects you’ve done, the solo stuff. Everything awesome. That doesn’t usually happen […] Y’all as a whole are still solid, it’s amazing."

Where Can I Buy Tickets for the Jonas Brothers Tour?

When Are They Performing Next?

On Friday, February 24, the Jo Bros announced that they'll be performing on Broadway for five nights.

They made the announcement with an Insta post, captioning it "Your boys are back in town 🗽 We're coming to Broadway and playing the Marquis Theatre March 14-18!! Each night will be focused on a different album and we'll be playing all the hits. Believe us when we say you won't want to miss these shows... You'll need a Verified Fan Code to get tickets, so make sure to register now through Sunday!! jonasbrothers.com "

Registration for Verified Fans has closed, so if you didn't register and aren't ready a Jonas Brothers Verified Fan, unfortunately, it's too late to get tickets, but those who did register will receive a text this Tuesday with more info.

What Do We Know About the New Album?

While we don't know too many specific details about the upcoming album just yet, like the title or release date, the brothers just spilled some tea that may be able to hold us over for a little while.

The Jo Bros have teamed up with Jon Bellion for this album, and what we know so far is that the album is going to have a major '70s feel, with inspo from different '70s artists, like the Bee Gees. “They were a huge influence in our lives, growing up and listening to them with our father,” Kevin said about the Bee Gees in an interview with Variety

"The key to Jon’s initial pitch was bringing in influences from the ’70s, but with a really modern edge to it,” Nick revealed. “We wanted to find a way to tell stories that are universal but also ultra-personal."

Now, let's get into the boys' fav songs off this album. "I'm torn between 'Little Bird,' which is a song about parenthood that will affect people in different ways, and 'Waffle House.' It was a last-minute addition," Nick said "At first, it was a bit of a head scratcher, but the more I listened to it, the more I loved it. I think it really encapsulates a moment in time for us. Musically it taps into some of my favorites: Doobie Brothers and Bee Gees, and others from that era. It's a really, really, fun song. We can't wait to play it live."

Joe's fav is called "Wings." "It might be the shortest song on the album, but I like it because it feels like a trailer to the rest of the body of work. Also 'Montana Sky.' There's a lot more acoustic guitar and real organic instruments that tap into a bunch of different influences, but we're aware of the fact that we're not a country act. Jon flipped it on its head — he's got a modern edge to everything he does, even if it has really classic elements."

Kevin chose a song called "Vacation eyes." "'Vacation Eyes' is based on how my relationship started with my wife. We met on vacation — and continuing that love story every single day is how I want to live my life. It makes me want to be on the beach! It’s just such a fun song about enjoying life." So cute!!

While he’s fresh off the release of Jonas Brothers ‘ recent project The Album , Nick says he enjoys a chance to perform solo tracks every once in a while “to keep it fresh,” like in the case of Salute to Summer.

However, Nick was still thrilled to reflect on the sibling trio’s recent release, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 albums chart when it dropped back in May. “Approaching this album-making process, it was really apparent to all of us that we needed to meet each other where we were at, which is very different than it was even four years ago when we released Happiness Begins ,” he shares, before noting that his, Joe and Kevin Jonas’ experiences as fathers also shaped how the album turned out.

“Our experiences have grown quite a bit, and the biggest one of those is the lessons of parenthood,” he explains. “I think ‘Waffle House’ does a good job of teeing up what built the foundation for us as a family to be able to have open, honest communication, even in tough moments. That’s something I think all of us want to bring into the way we build our families and I’m so thrilled with the reaction to that song and the people really resonating with the message of the song and what it means for them.”

The JoBros will see their fans in person soon, as they’re slated to kick off their North American tour in support of The Album on Aug. 12. The ambitious Five Albums. One Night. The Tour . is set to be a celebration of the group’s decadeslong career. While Nick says trying to navigate putting five albums worth of songs into one setlist is a “monster” to figure out, he’s excited to bring the idea to life.

“I think all of us really love the idea of challenging ourselves not only to remember all the lyrics but to also dig in and walk down memory lane in a way that felt celebratory and not overly nostalgic, like some sort of weird victory lap towards the end of a career,” Jonas explains, “Because this is truly the start of the next chapter. We all feel ready to get out there and play some shows for our fans here in the U.S. and then eventually, probably top of next year, overseas.”

I first heard Nick Jonas where most people heard him; on the Disney Channel with his brothers. Together, they were the Jonas Brothers. My kid sister absolutely loved him, as a ton of teenage girls do.

So one Summer, I surprised her with tickets to go see him play live. When buying the tickets, I was expecting it to be a concert of the Jonas Brothers playing together, but when I got there, it was just him with a guitar, drummer, and some backup singers. I had absolutely no idea he had taken the solo career route.

The crowd was what you would expect at an attractive pop singer's concert: Absolutely packed with pre-teen and teenage girls. There were also a lot of dads there which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Seeing their expressions when the girls would scream at the top of their lungs was hilarious.

Anyway, Nick Jonas is an amazing singer and guitar player, he was very energetic on stage, jumping up and down, touching the girls' hands (which made their night). I was extremely impressed. He had a lot of very catchy songs that I never heard as I was only familiar with his songs when he was in the band with his brothers. We both had a very good time, and so did everyone there. Its cool to see Nick make the transition from successful member of a boy band to succeeding at his own solo career.

I'll just start by saying the show was okay. You could tell from the crowd and Nick Jonas had more fana than Demi Lovato. Nick's performance was fine, there was nothing wrong with it but there was nothing spectacular about it either. He saying his most popular songs, which was good and had good crowd participation with the singing. As for Deming, I could have gone without seeing her show. She should definitely fire her stylist because her outfits were horrible. They made her look really fat. There were a lot of young kids there and her ass was not covered at all. As for their set, it was very boring, nothing special about it.

The opening act Mike Posner, was the best part of the show, he was great and fun to watch. The crowd loved him. I would definitely see him again. I think if I had to grade this show I would say Nick Jonas was a solid B+, Demi was probably a C, and Posner an A, A-.

I have to say, I wasn’t too excited too discover that Nick’s outdoor show in Michigan last night would be during ssome twenty degree weather in swirling, freezing rain — but his showmanship outshined all the elements to make for a truly brilliant evening. He incorporates songs from the past and present in a seamless, unique fashion and the audience ate up every moment. From “Lovebug,” to “Find You,” there’s never a lull during his set and I would love to see him in concert again — Hopefully next time in a bit warmer environment! If you haven’t had the opportunity to check out one of his shows, do yourself a favor and pick up a pair of tickets — I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely incredible show! I've been a fan since I was a little girl, but last night was the first time I've seen him live. I've followed Nick's career from the beginning, and he just keeps getting better and better. I honestly could not have asked for a better show. His voice is out of this world. He is an amazing performer. He and Demi poured their hearts into this show, and they left me speechless. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have seen him live. I give this show an 11/10. Nothing short of amazing.

Well I really enjoyed I went to the one in Orlando and it was so nice of Demi nick and Andrea day to sing for Orlando I really like Demi she was so good live she has amazing vocals and she started to cry it made me cry she was amazing and so was nick

The Future Now show with Nick and Demi was INCREDIBLE! I had such an amazing time, and I never wanted it to end! I hope to see them again sometime REAL SOON!! They definitely know how to keep an Audience amazed!

Nick Jonas was amazing! I am so happy I got to go to this concert even though I was mobbed by people! He sounds amazing live and all of his songs (even the ones I didnt know) were amazing!

I had soo much fun i really loved the concert and nick demi will always slay the music world and joe came out and sang the camp rock song it was so great

Nick Jonas , former Coach on The Voice , just revealed that he lost his, well, voice . The singer, currently on tour with his brothers Kevin and Joe, explained in a video that he can no longer fight his icky symptoms, though thankfully it sounds like he's going to rest and recuperate soon. Here's what he said.

Nick Jonas came down with a "nasty" flu

In an Instagram video message to fans, Jonas began, "I have some not-so-fun news to share," going on to list his symptoms, "Couple days ago I started feeling kind of rough, lost my voice when I had woken up, and grinned that night out to be able to play the show in Cancun. Over the last two, two-and-a-half days, it’s just gotten progressively worse. I was basically in bed all day yesterday. Fever, body aches and a sore throat and a really bad cough."

After conferring with his fellow JoBros, Nick says, the decision was made to reschedule their two upcoming concerts.

He continued, "I hate disappointing you guys. I’m really sorry," though fans in the comments urged him to focus on getting better.

The caption provided more details about the decision: "I have come down with the nasty strain of influenza-A that’s been going around, and I’m not able to sing at the moment. We always want to be able to give you guys the best show and I’m just not able to do that for these shows in Mexico at this time. These shows are now rescheduled for August... Love you all. You’re the best fans in the world. Will bring 120% in August!"

When he's healthy, Nick Jonas has a terrific voice

Jonas has been a singer practically his whole life,  playing Gavroche in the original Broadway production of  Les Miz  when he was just 11  and returning as Marius for a concert rendition at 17. 

He went on to find fame with his family band and also released solo music, including the hit song "Jealous." He tried his hand at mentoring, being a Coach on Seasons 18 and 20 of The Voice after appearing on the show in Season 8 as a Battle Advisor for Team Christina. Now a married father of one , he's back to singing live...when he's up for it.

Jonas Brothers Postpone Mexico Tour Dates After Nick Jonas Gets the Flu: 'I'm Not Able to Sing at the Moment'

The band has rescheduled their Mexico tour dates for August

The Jonas Brothers are rescheduling tour dates so Nick Jonas can take care of himself.

Nick, 31, could hardly speak in a video posted jointly to The Jonas Brothers Instagram and his individual Instagram account on Friday, May 3, in which he explained his situation.

"I have some not-so-fun news to share," he said in the video, wearing a green sweatshirt. "A couple days ago I started feeling kind of rough, lost my voice when I had woken up and grinded that night out to be able to play the show in Cancun."

Nick said his condition has gotten "progressively worse" over the last few days and he's been in bed with a fever, body aches and a sore throat. He was diagnosed with Influenza A by a doctor.

"Got to the decision this morning that it's not gotten any better and... I'm not going to be able to get out on stage tonight and play these shows down in Mexico City and Monterrey," the "Jealous" singer said.

"I just need to recover and beat this thing. I'm so sorry, I hate disappointing you guys. You do so much to support us and a lot of you have traveled out to be at that show and — I just wanted to say I'm just heartbroken over this."

Nick ended the video saying that the Jonas Brothers would reschedule the Mexico dates for as soon as possible and "make this right." He signed off the video sending love to his fans and saying he hoped he'd be "back and healthy ASAP."

The recent leg Jonas Brothers tour that Nick was on with his older brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas had been scheduled to end in Monterrey on Tuesday, May 7 before starting up again on Sept. 9 in Belfast, Ireland.

Per the caption of Nick's video post, new Mexico dates have already been rescheduled in both Mexico City and Monterrey for Aug. 21 and 22 in the capital city and Aug. 24 and 25 in Monterrey.

"I'm not able to sing at the moment," Nick wrote in the caption of the video. "We always want to be able to give you guys the best show and I’m just not able to do that for these shows in Mexico at this time."
