I am making this review because most of the time, travel agencies only get reviews when something goes wrong on a trip. So you scroll through the comments and only see negative sentiment for things that most likely are not even the travel agency's fault (like airline cancelations and strikes). This group is currently the biggest travel agency in Europe. The prices that you can find on the websites (mytrip, gotogate, and flightnetwork) are some of the best around. It is not a surprise that if you make a search in Skyscanner, the first few options are from these websites. Customer support is available 24/7 in English, and general policies are quite customer friendly.

The second reservation matches the same passenger, same destination, same date, same flight, etc.as the first reservation. I made a duplicate reservation for the same flight ticket. I have paid (1,700USD) on my first booking, I paid (3,700USD) for the same ticket to Mytrip, the second travel agency. Mytrip Travel Agency lures low-cost tickets to pay for them in a short time with more than double the price ticket with a click at the last payment stage.please refund my double booking.

Απαράδεκτοι, απατεώνες. Η αεροπορική έχει αποζημιώσει τα εισιτήρια μου εδώ και 3 μήνες και δεν μου έχουν επιστρέψει ευρώ. Πολύ άσχημο σύστημα εξυπηρέτησης. Ποτέ ξανά!

Cancelled my flight to Calama. Lufthansa told the did a refund on the tickets to E Travel. Never saw the money returned. So at this point the just stole it as far as I can see.

Πλήρωσα κατά την αγορά των εισιτηρίων μου βίγκαν γεύμα σε πτήση, η οποία δεν προσέφερε αυτή την επιλογή. Πέραν αυτού να σημειωθεί ότι οι αεροπορικές δε χρεώνουν τους επιβάτες για τα special meals (κάτι το οποίο συνειδητοποίησα αργότερα).

Το αστέρι μόνο για να μπορέσω να γράψω την κριτική. Η αεροπορική εταιρεία άλλαξε την ώρα πτήσης και μας έβαλε κατευθείαν στην επόμενη την ίδια μέρα. Εντούτοις Α. Το pamediakopes μπήκε στον κόπο να μας ενημερώσει ένα μήνα μετά όπως έμαθα από την αεροπορική Β. Ζητά χρήματα για μία αλλαγή για την οποία δεν ευθυνόμαστε, χωρίς να ενημερώνουν ποιο είναι το ποσό και για ποιο λόγο προκύπτει από τους όρους Γ. Είναι αδύνατη η γραπτή επικοινωνία αφού στα mail απαντούν ο Sajid και ο Majid άλλα αντί άλλων. Ρωτάς πόσο θα σε χρεώσουν για την αλλαγή και σου απαντούν δύο μέρες μετά ότι δεν ξέρουν πόσα χρήματα θα είναι η επιστροφή χρημάτων αν ακυρώσεις την πτήση. Δ. Η επικοινωνία με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο είναι χείριστη αφού η κλήση προωθείτε κάπου στην μακρινή Ινδία και πρέπει να συνεννοηθείς υποτίθεται στα αγγλικά με υπάλληλο που προφανώς σου απαντά από κάποιο sweatshop με την φημισμένη ινδική προφορά. Εν ολίγοις, αν θέλεις να αισθανθείς για λίγο πρωταγωνιστής σε ερασιτεχνική ταινία του Bollywood, τότε το pamediakopes είναι το ιδανικό ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο για εσένα!

Συγχαρητήρια, μόλις ανακαλύψατε το χειρότερο ταξιδιωτικό πρακτορείο στο σύμπαν. Συγκεκριμένα το pamediakopes.gr. Οι οικονομικές τιμές που φαίνεται ότι προσφέρουν, δεν είναι αρκετες για να δικαιολογησουν την αγωνία και το άγχος που προσφέρει η αλληεπιδραση μαζί τους. Για μια αλλαγή στο όνομα στην αεροπορική κράτηση, δεν τους έφτασαν σχεδόν τρεις μήνες και 35€ και στο τέλος λίγες μέρες πριν την πτήση με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι και να μιλήσω με την αεροπορική εταιρία κατευθείαν. Μου επέστρεψαν τα 35€ όταν μίλησαν με τον δικηγόρο μου. Καλύτερα να πήγαινα περπατώντας. Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν μπορώ να βάλω μηδέν.

My flight has been cancelled without even sending me an email and after almost 7 months of waiting there was no refund, the amount is 353€ for 2 persons and they want to charge me around 60€ for each, the airline company has told me that I have refunded and they refund has been given to the agency but no one from the support could tell me why I'm not being refunded yet but saying that "yes sir I can see that they didn't do much work from our end regarding your case". Im beginning to be afraid that this is a SCAM and no a legit travel agency. Please if you value your money DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Go directly to the airline it's even cheaper and faster for processing refunds.

Avoid at all cost. Plain bullies and thieves. They refused to return my money, despite having paid in full from Air Canada on my agreed refund. Air Canada didn't care either of the fact when I told them. It took over one year, legal action on my behalf and countless hours of stress with them telling me they are NOT going to return them at all (they even said that on the phone after I waited for a good 40 minutes in hope I put down the phone). When they were legally forced to return my refund by my lawyers, they charged me double their commission and returned the rest. Ref. L0RDZ8

Avoid booking from pamediakopes.gr! I had to cancel my ticket and I got no money back. In a case of ticket cancellation, they asked for €61 extra from the expenses of the airline which were about € 40. (While the ticket price was € 65.) Book tickets directly with the airline! Also nobody answers the phone, automatic emails, worst customer service ever!

Όταν λέμε ότι δεν ενδιαφερόμαστε σημαίνει δεν ενδιαφερόμαστε ΑΛΛΟ. Σταμάτηστε τα ενοχλητικά τηλεφωνήματα δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να την ξαναπατήσω με την "εταιρία" σας

Είναι μια εταιρεία η οποία δεν αξίζει ούτε ένα αστέρι, διότι: 1. Δεν μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις καθόλου μαζί της 2. Χρεώνουν τσάντες (χειραποσκεύες, 9κιλών) που κανονικά δεν πρέπει να χρεωθεί και στο εισιτήριο ύπουλα, μετά το check in στο αναφέρει απλά σαν (priority boarding). Δηλαδή πληρώνεις της τσάντες κανονικα και σε χρεώνουν διαφορετική υπηρεσία που το αεροδρόμιο το οποίο πας, μπορεί να μην έχει καν αυτή την υπηρεσία.

Worst agency ever. Better use the airline, they are more flexible and reply to messages. This agency DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE and DO NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES, good luck rescheduling or ammending your flight

Απλά απαράδεκτοι το πρόβλημα μου δεν λύθηκε ποτέ και παραλίγο να χάσω τις πτήσεις. Ευτυχώς η αεροπορική δεν μας δημιούργησε κάποιο πρόβλημα και ταξιδέψαμε.

Όταν κάποιος αγοράζει εισιτήριο αξίας 60 ευρώ και αγοράζει μαζί κάλυψη ακύρωσης, είναι απαράδεκτο να χρεώνετε 61 ευρώ την ακύρωση επειδή ο ταξιδιώτης έπαθε COVID-19 και για τον λόγο αυτό ακυρώνει, την στιγμή μάλιστα που κατά τον χρόνο της αγοράς αυτή η χρέωση δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά.

ΑΠΛΑ ΚΛΕΙΣΤΕ ΕΙΣΙΤΗΡΙΑ ΑΠΕΥΘΕΙΑΣ ΑΠ ΤΙΣ ΑΕΡΟΠΟΡΙΚΕΣ… ΜΗΝ μπείτε στη διαδικασία να ασχοληθείτε με το pamediakopes. Καμία υποστήριξη, καμία εξυπηρέτηση στον πελάτη. Για ακύρωση 2 εισιτηρίων κράτησαν 30 € για την αναχώρηση και 60€ για την αφίξει … ενώ λένε ότι η ακύρωση επιβαρύνεται μόνο με 30€. μάλλον έτσι γιατί μπορούν. Αυτος θα είναι ο κανόνας. Κάθε φορά που καλούσαμε (50 λεπτά αναμονή στην καλύτερη) αλλά λέγανε στον έναν αλλά λέγανε στον άλλον… και δεν το δεχόντουσαν. Κάναμε όλη τη διαδικασία ακύρωσης εμείς και ενώ επιστρέφαν οι εταιρείες τα λεφτά. απ το pamediakopes δεν πείραμα πίσω ούτε τα μισά… με δικαιολογίες του κ… Το ένα αστέρι είναι μόνο για να γράψω την κριτική. Απλά απατεώνες!
