Looking for the latest on where to buy Bruce Springsteen tickets for his new 2024 tour? We have all the details on upcoming dates and venues across the US, Canada, and Europe. Now the tour is here, many reseller prices have started to come down.

Springsteen had to cancel the tour with the E Street Band late last year due to coming down with peptic ulcer disease. Those dates have been rearranged, with a range of US dates newly fitted before and after the planned European tour dates. We've updated the table below with the latest information and the cheapest starting prices we've seen tickets listed. On the plus side, we've seen most prices drop.

Springsteen's concert tour includes The Boss performing songs from classic and new albums alike. The setlist so far has included familiar tracks such as "Out in the Street," "No Surrender," and "Letter to You." The members of the E Street Band playing with Bruce include guitarist Steven Van Zandt, drummer Mike Weinberg, bassist Garry Tallent, pianist Roy Bittan, guitarist Nils Lofgren, and vocalist Patti Scialfa.

If you're aiming to buy Bruce Springsteen tickets for the last leg of his 18th headlining tour, here's a breakdown of the remaining tour schedule, purchasing details, and ticket prices. Or you can browse at your leisure the remaining tickets available through StubHub and Vivid Seats .

Bruce Springsteen 2024 tour schedule

The tour dates for Bruce Springsteen resume in March for the US before moving to Europe in May. All concert times are listed for local time zones. We've added links to the cheapest (at the time of writing) ticket site for the remaining tickets in the 'Prices from' column.

How to buy tickets for Bruce Springsteen's 2024 concert tour

You can buy tickets for Bruce Springsteen's 2024 tour online through Ticketmaste r for original tickets, though only a limited number remain for each location. However, ticket prices are generally higher for original tickets than they are on verified resale platforms like StubHub and Vivid Seats .

For standard ticket sales, the lowest prices on StubHub range from $52 to $450 for an individual ticket, depending on location. Vivid Seats offers a similar price range for Bruce Springsteen's concert tour, with cheaper tickets ranging from about $70 to $527 depending on the date and location.

How much are Bruce Springsteen tickets?

Since the initial Verified Fan sale on Ticketmaster is long over, prices for original tickets have risen due to demand. The cost of original Bruce Springsteen tickets varies depending on location and date.

For example, the cheapest cost for a standard ticket at Springsteen's Rutherford, New Jersey concert back in August last year was $249.50. Meanwhile, the lowest standard price on Ticketmaster for an original ticket at his Columbus, Ohio, show on September 21 is $252.50. Original VIP tickets are even more limited, with some of the cheaper options beginning at $212.50.

Original prices typically come in much higher than resale prices for Bruce Springsteen concerts. Many cheaper tickets are resales for nearer tour dates, suggesting you might find the best prices when it gets closer to the concert date.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s long-awaited North American tour is set to launch Feb. 1, 2023, in Tampa, Florida, the band announced today. The two-and-a-half-month tour will unfold with 31 shows in the U.S., continuing through a home-state finale on April 14 in Newark, New Jersey, before the group heads to Europe for already announced overseas dates that will continue into July.

The outing is the band’s first since wrapping the 14-month worldwide “River Tour” in Australia in 2017 and Springsteen’s first tour in the U.S. since 2016. See the complete itinerary, below.

All of the dates announced are one-night arena stands, with the exception of two nights booked for the UBS Arena in Belmont Park, NY as the penultimate stop on the U.S. tour April 9 and 11. The New York/New Jersey area is well-represented with further dates at Madison Square Garden April 1 and Brooklyn’s Barclays Center April 3, leading up to the final night April 14 at New Jersey’s Prudential Center.

Tickets for the U.S. shows go on sale later this month, with on-sale dates ranging from July 20 to July 29.

The 2023 European dates already surpassed one million tickets sold on the initial routing, with shows added across the continent in anticipation of the band’s return to the road next year. Popular demand has seen Springsteen and the E Street Band add second stadium dates in Barcelona (April 28 and 30), Paris (May 13 and 15), Amsterdam (May 25 and 27) and Oslo (June 30 and July 2), while third shows have been scheduled for Dublin (May 5, 7, 9) and Gothenburg (June 24, 26, 28). With the milestone in ticket sales, a new tour stop has also been added in Hockenheim, Germany for July 21. Shows in the U.K. and Belgium will be announced at a later date.

The last live appearance by the band was an appearance on “Saturday Night Live” in December 2020 in support of the album, “Letter to You.”

Said Springsteen: “After six years, I’m looking forward to seeing our great and loyal fans next year. And I’m looking forward to once again sharing the stage with the legendary E Street Band. See you out there, next year — and beyond.”

In May, Springsteen phoned in to SiriusXM’s E Street Radio to talk about what fans can expect.

“It doesn’t feel that long” since the band last toured, he told host Jim Rotolo. “We’ve stayed busy over that time but still I have got the jones to play live very badly at this point, so I am deeply looking forward to getting out there in front of our fans.”

Rehearsals will start in January, and that full-fledged tour will stretch out to Australia and New Zealand following the August U.S. stadium dates and come “back around again,” he teased.

“It’s been a while and I am just aching to play — not just play but to travel and see our fans in all our different cities and feel that life again, see their faces again,” he said. “We’ve got an old-school tour planned where we will be out there for quite a while and give everybody a chance to see us if they would like to. We are going to rehearse in January — I already wrote out set lists, just to have something to do,” he added, noting that the setlist “will have a significant amount of recent material, and then we will play a lot of the music that the fans have become familiar with and love to hear. Should be a balance — feel contemporary and at home at the same time.”

In 2021, Springsteen, 72, released the group’s “The Legendary 1979 No Nukes Concerts” film, collaborated with President Barack Obama on the book “Renegades: Born in the USA” and reprised his “Springsteen on Broadway” show to help reopen New York City’s theaters last summer. Just this spring and summer, he made three live appearances: two at MetLife Stadium on two separate occasions in New Jersey with Paul McCartney (June 16) and Coldplay (June 5) , and with McCartney again at the Glastonbury Festival in London.

The newly announced U.S. dates:

The on-sale times listed above are all for participants in Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program, preceding a general on-sale by five hours, with the exceptions of the shows with asterisks, where tickets will go on sale to all buyers at once.

Bruce Springsteen tickets for 2023 tour go on sale Wednesday, but their cost is a mystery

bruce springsteen tour prices

It's go time.

Tickets for six Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band 2023 U.S. arena tour concerts go on sale the morning of Wednesday, July 20. Fans are waiting to receive their codes as provided by the Ticketmaster Verified Fan system, which will be sent on the evening of Tuesday, July 19. Registering, which ended Sunday, July 17, did not guarantee you will receive a code or have the ability to initially purchase tickets.

A big question remains: How much will tickets cost? The topic has caused consternation among fans, with speculation that they will be more in line with “Springsteen on Broadway” run, which saw pricing in the hundreds of dollars, instead of the “River Tour,” where prices were $68 to $150 for the 2016 show at the Prudential Center in Newark.

Prices for the upcoming European stadium shows ranged from approximately $65 to $165, when the European currency is converted to U.S. dollars.

“We're going to know on Wednesday ― that's it,” said Pete Maimone of Howell. Maimone, aka “Outlaw Pete,” is known among Boss fans for his ticket expertise.

Another big question, the floor plan, has seemingly been answered in the last few hours. The Amalie Arena in Tampa released the floor plan for the Feb. 1 tour opener, and it's a smaller General Admission pit surrounded by seats instead of GA for the whole floor.

A Bruce Springsteen Verified Fan FAQ shared by Ticketmaster last week did not include floor plans or ticket prices, but it was helpful nevertheless, Maimone said. It's the industry norm not to reveal prices before the onsale. As for the upcoming E Street tour, this time there's a five show option for fans.

“You may use multiple tabs on the same device when shopping for more than one show (if you received an invitation to multiple shows),” said Ticketmaster in the FAQ.

“Be close to your WiFi router or direct connect,” Maimone said. “You can use public WiFi but it’s not going to be as fast as you need it to be to get the tickets you want. My advice is recruit the kids.”

Tickets for the Tampa, Fla., Orlando, Fla., Hard Rock Live at Hollywood, Fla., Tulsa, Okla.; Denver and Boston shows go on sale July 20. If tickets remain to a show after a Verified Fan onsale, they'll go on sale to fans with no code required.

Shows at the Toyota Center in Houston, Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Barclays Center in Brooklyn and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland are not being sold on a later date through Ticketmaster, and no Verified Fan code is required.

Area shows also include Madison Square Garden in New York City on April 1; two at the new USB Arena in Belmont Park, New York, on April 9 and 11; and the Prudential Center in Newark on April 14 to close the run.

A second North American tour leg will start in August 2023 after stadium shows in Europe. So far, more than 1.2 million tickets to the European shows have been sold.

The last time the E Street Band performed together on a concert stage was Feb. 25, 2017, for the final night of “The River Tour” in New Zealand. The band, minus Garry Tallent and Suzie Tyrell due to COVID protocols, played the new songs “Ghosts” and “I'll See You In My Dreams” in December 2020 on “Saturday Night Live.”

The new songs were from the Springsteen and E Street Band hit album, “Letter to You,” released in 2020.

The E Street Band is Roy Bittan, piano, synthesizer; Nils Lofgren, guitar, vocals; Patti Scialfa, guitar, vocals; Garry Tallent, bass guitar; Stevie Van Zandt, guitar, vocals; and Max Weinberg, drums; with Soozie Tyrell, violin, guitar, vocals; Jake Clemons, saxophone; and Charlie Giordano, keyboards.

Bruce Springsteen Responds to $5,000 Ticket Prices: “Any Complaints on the Way Out, You Can Have Your Money Back”

by Tina Benitez-Eves November 18, 2022, 5:16 pm 1 Comment

Several months after Ticketmaster employed “dynamic pricing,” resulting in some tickets reaching as high as $5,000 apiece, Bruce Springsteen has addressed the controversial surge in ticket pricing around his upcoming 2023 tour with the E Street Band.

Videos by American Songwriter

“What I do is a very simple thing,” Springsteen told Rolling Stone . “I tell my guys, ‘Go out and see what everybody else is doing. Let’s charge a little less.’… For the past 49 years or however long we’ve been playing, we’ve pretty much been out there under market value. I’ve enjoyed that. It’s been great for the fans. This time I told them, ‘Hey, we’re 73 years old. The guys are there. I want to do what everybody else is doing, my peers.’ So that’s what happened. That’s what they did.”

In the interview, Springsteen admitted that ticket pricing has become very confusing for fans and the artists, but that most tickets are still more modest in price.

“Ticket buying has gotten very confusing, not just for the fans, but for the artists also, and the bottom line is that most of our tickets are totally affordable,” said Springsteen. “They’re in that affordable range. We have those tickets that are going to go for that [higher] price somewhere anyway.

“The ticket broker or someone is going to be taking that money,” he continued. “I’m going, ‘Hey, why shouldn’t that money go to the guys that are going to be up there sweating three hours a night for it?’ It created an opportunity for that to occur. And so at that point, we went for it. I know it was unpopular with some fans, but if there’s any complaints on the way out, you can have your money back.”

Springsteen, who recently released a covers album of soul classics, Only the Strong Survive , went on to say that he didn’t want to be the “poster boy” for high ticket prices, but he wanted to own up to his decision. “It’s the last thing you prefer to be, but that’s how it went,” said Springsteen. “You have to own the decisions you have made and go out and just continue to do your best.”

bruce springsteen tour prices

When Springsteen tickets initially went on sale during the summer of 2022, many customers were left outraged at the exorbitant pricing. The ticket prices were a result of the “dynamic pricing” model used by Ticketmaster, which automatically adjusts the cost of tickets based on supply and demand in real time.

Shortly after tickets went on sale, Ticketmaster defended its pricing model . Variety reports the company claimed that 11.2 percent of the tickets were sold at the “platinum” price with only 1.3 percent reaching $1,000 or more. Additionally, a majority of tickets were sold at fixed prices ranging from $59.50 to $399 before added service fees.

“Prices and formats are consistent with industry standards for top performers,” the company told Variety in a statement.

The U.S. leg of Springsteen’s tour will kick off on February 1 in Tampa, Florida, and wrap up on April 14 in Newark, New Jersey. Springsteen and the E Street band will then head to Europe for the next series of dates, running April 28 through July 25.

One Comment

I checked ticket prices for Springsteen’s Atlanta show three days before the event and the cheapest ticket I found was $190 before fees for a rafters seat behind the stage. Even single seats in the upper decks throughout the arena were listed $250 to $399, so I decided to spend my money elsewhere and bought 4 seats for the Mellencamp show at the Fox Theater on Feb. 10. Tickets were each $85 plus fees for pretty decent seats. So, for a “working man’s” artist such as Springsteen to claim his ticket prices are “modest” is a slap in the face, especially to us fans who have been with him from the very beginning. There are, indeed, ways for an artist to circumvent the ticket fiasco, but when he or she is worth $650 million or so, their definition of modesty is quite different from that of the everyday wage earner.

Bruce Springsteen’s Irish tour: can I still buy tickets, what songs will The Boss play, and more

Everything you need to know about springsteen’s four concerts in belfast, kilkenny, cork and dublin.

Ronan McGreevy's face

Why is Bruce Springsteen playing Ireland again. Wasn’t he only here last year?

Go tell that to his fans. Yes, Bruce Springsteen played three concerts at the RDS last May, but it hasn’t stopped his legion of fans who will attend his concerts in Belfast (May 9th), Kilkenny (May 12th), Cork (May 16th) and Dublin (May 19th).

In the past calendar year, Springsteen will have sold 350,000 tickets in Ireland, a million in total since his first concert in Ireland back in 1985.

Can I still buy tickets for his shows?

Yes there are tickets left for all his shows in Ireland according to the Ticketmaster website, though they do not come cheap. Tickets standing for Belfast are €120, for Kilkenny they start at €136.25 each with the same price for Cork’s Páirc Ui Chaoimh, while the cheapest seats left for his Croke Part concert are €161.25. The promoters advise to only buy tickets from authorised sellers.

Who are his fans?

Springsteen has one of the largest superfan bases in music. He has played to date 28 concerts in Ireland and there are quite a few fans who have been to all of them.

His fan base would predominantly be fifty and sixtysomethings who remember him from his Born in the USA days and before that.

“So you’re scared, and you’re thinking. That maybe we ain’t that young anymore,” Springsteen once sang when he was only 27.

According to concert promoter Peter Aiken, Springsteen also has a young Irish fanbase with many fans inheriting their love of the Boss from their parents.

[  Passion, booze, madness and comradeship: Bruce Springsteen’s special relationship with Ireland  ]

He is 74. Why is he still doing it?

Springsteen must have been sleeping in an oxygen tent for the last four decades. At an age when most people would be retired for 10 years, he is still playing exhausting concerts and travelling on lengthy tours.

He looks great and still bounces around the stage like a man half his age. Despite all appearances to the contrary though, he is still human. In September last year he cancelled the rest of his US tour, citing peptic ulcer disease which left him painfully debilitated.

He has since bounced back beginning in Phoenix, Arizona, on March 19th, the first of 48 concerts – yes, that figure is correct – this year.

It can’t be for the money. He recently sold his music rights to his entire output to Sony Music Entertainment for an estimated $500 million (€464 million).

It is self-evident that anybody who has seen him will know he loves touring and performing. He would not be doing it otherwise.

Will this be the last time fans will see him live?

Fans might will expect that this will be the last time to see him live, but they would have said that last year and the time before that going back to anytime in the last 20 years.

Many thought that Covid-19 would be his cue to retire. Before last year’s concerts in the RDS, he hadn’t been in Ireland for six years.

There is no indication that Springsteen intends to retire, though nobody would blame him if he did.

[  A million reasons why Bruce Springsteen keeps coming back to Ireland  ]

When do the gigs start and what songs will he play?

All four venues will open from about 5pm (subject to change). Springsteen will start all his concerts at 7pm and he is usually punctual.

He will play three hours at least with no support act. His setlists are inherently unpredictable as he can pick a song from placards held up by fans and play it. It certainly keeps the E Street Band on their toes.

Springsteen rather immodestly calls his E Street Band as the “heart-stopping, pants-dropping, love-making, earth-quaking, Viagra-taking” group.

Hyperbole aside, nobody who has seen Springsteen live, and there can’t be many music fans in Ireland who haven’t, would deny that he doesn’t give value for money.

Watch Bruce Springsteen Kick Off European Tour With First ‘So Young And In Love’ Performance Since 2013

  • Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below

Prior to hitting the road this year, Bruce Springsteen promised that he’d mix up the setlist far more than he did last year when a vocal contingent of fans complained there wasn’t enough variation from night to night. “Some of my basic themes of mortality and life and those things, I’m going to keep set,” he said on SiriusXM’s E Street Radio. “I think I’m gonna move around the other parts of the set a lot more, so there’ll be a much wider song selection going on. So we’re looking at it like, it’s a little bit of the old tour, but we’re looking at it like a new tour.”

At the kickoff date of his 2024 European tour at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, Springsteen stuck to that promise by beginning the show with “So Young And In Love,” a wonderfully obscure tune he hadn’t played live since 2013.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band Get Loose in Los Angeles

“So Young And In Love” dates all the way back to 1974 when Springsteen began playing an early version titled “A Love So Fine.” It included the line “rat traps filled with soul crusaders,” which he later re-worked into the Born to Run song “Night.” The E Street Band recorded the tune in the studio that year, but it didn’t make the cut for Born to Run and wouldn’t surface until the Tracks box set in 1998. He debuted a live version in December 2000.

The surprises in Cardiff continued six songs later when he played the Lucky Town song “Better Days” for the first time since 2017. Springsteen also responded to a sign request and broke out “If I Was The Priest,” a fan favorite from 1971. The E Street Band recorded it in 2020 for Letter To You , but they only played it three times last year.

The other notable moments in Cardiff were the first performances of “The River” and “Born in the U.S.A.” this year. The latter song rarely surfaces on this side of the Atlantic these days. It was played once in the States in 2023 and 22 times in Europe. On the 2016/17 River tour, it was played at four American gigs and 22 overseas ones. (The song has a long history of being misread in America .)

Springsteen and the E Street Band continue their European tour Thursday night in Belfast, Ireland. Another U.S. leg begins on August 15 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 2024 tour wraps up on November 22 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Bruce Springsteen in Cardiff review: The Boss' triumphant Welsh return provides storming start to European tour

The Boss aka Bruce Springsteen returned to Cardiff for the first time in 11 years with The E Street Band to launch his European tour

It's been 11 long years since Bruce Springsteen last performed on Welsh soil so it's little wonder the rock legend's fans snapped up tickets for his Cardiff gig, which just happened to be the opener of his European tour. And what a triumphant return to Wales it was as The Boss and The E Street Band brought us three hours of storming music.

Springsteen is renowned for his impressively long shows and this one didn't disappoint with track after glorious track echoing around the stadium - which had its roof on - and an encore lasting longer than many set lists from lesser stars.

Kicking off 15 minutes later than scheduled at 7pm, there was no support act but who needs one when you've got a massive back catalogue that everyone wants to hear. The show got off to an uplifting start with So Young And In Love and was quickly followed by tracks like Lonesome Day, Darlington County, Ghosts and Better Days, but it was Hungry Heart that really got fans at the Principality Stadium revved up during the earlier part of the show.

Another photo of amazing Bruce and E Street Band on stage at the Principality Stadium

Many were holding placards aloft depicting everything from 'Please can I have a man hug?' and 'I came from Japan' to 'Bruce can I have your harmonica?' and 'Priest please.' The New Jersey native did indeed hand over his harmonica to one lucky fan and he also performed If I Was The Priest telling the crowd: "Here's a song I wrote 50 years ago. It was what I was busy doing while you weren't here."

It was a good 10 songs or so in before the music legend told us: "We've got a story to tell" - yes the gig was only just warming up. He said: "It's great to be in Cardiff, it's good to be in Wales. The E Street Band is here tonight to bring you the joyous power of rock 'n' roll. We're gonna need some help, we're gonna need a lot of help, we're gonna need a sh*t load of help!" But while they didn't really, the fans truly obliged as they sang, danced and clapped along.

Covers of Nightshift (Commodores) and Because The Night (Patti Smith, but co-written with Springsteen) were highlights as was the gorgeous stripped back acoustic track Last Man Standing, dedicated to Springsteen's friend George who had been in his first band as a teenager and has since passed away. "George's death taught me to seize the day," he told us as he was met with cheers.

bruce springsteen tour prices

The second half of the gig included favourites like Wrecking Ball, The Rising and Badlands and while this brought us over the two-hour mark, Springsteen was a long way off finishing yet. Hell yes, there was an encore to end all encores (apart from his own previous encores that is) featuring greatest hits like Born In The USA, Born To Run and Dancing In The Dark. The only strange part of the gig, for me, was that at this point the stadium lights suddenly went up - a signal to start grabbing our coats?

Throughout the night The E Street Band's solid musicianship truly shone through and as for the main man, he may be 75 this year but by heck he can still perform three solid hours absolutely effortlessly without breaking out into a sweat - and this came just months after he had to cut short his world tour due to suffering with symptoms of a peptic ulcer. We waited 11 long years for him to return to Cardiff but it was well worth it - those with tickets to his other European dates are in for a treat.

Bruce Springsteen 2024 UK Tour: how to get affordable tickets ahead of The Boss’ highly-anticipated shows

Still indecisive about going to see Bruce Springsteen on his much-anticipated UK tour? There are some cheaper options - that come at both a discount and a price

With Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s tour of the UK imminent, there is the small matter of the cost of watching “The Boss” performing while over here.

While there are still tickets available and more to be released this weekend, according to Ticketmaster , a ticket to his performance at Wembley will set you back upwards of £120, if we take resales into account. A little steep, despite Springsteen’s standing in music history.

However, there might be a more affordable way of seeing Bruce Springsteen perform, and as soon as this Sunday. Ticketmaster as of writing still have some tickets for the May 6 2024 performance at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff , with prices starting at a mere £74.60.

That comes with a caveat, however; the seats are located in an area of the stadium known for having an obstructed view . So while you can enjoy hearing all the hits such as “Dancing In The Dark” and “Born In The U.S.A,” you won’t exactly be able to see much of the action.

If you did want to push the financial boat out though, Ticketmaster also offers fan-to-fan resale tickets in blocks U18, U22, and L12, with slightly better views. These tickets start at £150.97, while the few standing tickets on sale begin at £109.

For those considering resale tickets, platforms such as Viagogo offer options, including tickets starting at £64. However, even that comes with a caveat: fans should be aware that event promoters often discourage resale and tickets may be invalidated if they are found to have been purchased second-hand
